Lovely place, bring ear plugs!

Pros: Well positioned in town, Nice and clean, staff were lovely.

Cons: The walls are paper thin…. You can hear everything all night long!

We will definitely come back! 👌

Pros: Everything was good, the staff was excellent. Lovely to meet the same we met the last year! Everyone is working so well, they all are a great team!! Excellent food, much better than the last year.

Cons: Noise is still a bit of concern at night when in the room to sleep, despite we were in a quieter area. This is due to the infrastructure of the building, as the walls are not thick enough or properly insulated for the noise, but it wasn't a major concern, as we didn't need to report anything to reception and had a good sleep at night.

Pros: The staff were remarkable (thank you Ana and team), food was tasty and the room clean; overall, the experience was pleasant. The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and essential amenities easily accessible, transport in close proximity. We were pleased with our stay and will be coming back.

Good, but schedules for pools and breakfast could be better

Pros: Staff was very friendly, also to the kids. . Especially at breakfast and the cleaning ladies. All is Clean and i liked the fact that they had 19th century art on the walls.

Cons: Checkout is at 10 already (14:00 for +20euros and 18:00 for +40 euros possible though and breakfast, only 2 hours from 8-10. We only stayed one night, so did not use the Spa, pools etc. I might have used them in the morning, but they are not open before 10am unfortunately and close early. The hotel is huge, conveys this mass Tourismus feeling that is present everywhere at Costa brava.

Pros: The reception, cleaning, kitchen and restaurant staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had lots of laughs, hugs and kisses. It's a nice location - near to the shops, a nice park, the beach and town. There was fun entertainment throughout the day and evening. Overall was well looked after.

Cons: There was not enough staff in the bar to serve us and they looked stressed out and sometimes did not even smile or seem happy to serve us. It was a big hotel and busy, and it wasn't even peak season. Sometimes it felt a bit cramped - not enough space in the lift, waiting ages. The room was nice and spacious, a bit dated decor but that's okay. A big issue is that it was not sound proof. I could hear my neighbours snoring and baby crying. I thought I was going to leave at one point as I was so tired from not sleeping.

Very good stay. I'd definitely come again.

Pros: Pool was good. Buffet food was above average. View from balcony was excellent.

Cons: Rooms need to be more soundproof. Not as close to the beach as expected.

Pros: I like that the room was big, and the food was deliciuos.

Cons: It would be great if we had roast pork or beef at any meal.

Good but could improve

Pros: Two double beds are great for when one of the two of the couple wants to sleep and the other doesn't and both toss and turn in bed

Cons: We hired the sauna service and the hot tub was actually kinda cold and the sauna only went up to 60 degrees. The food was good but not too much variety, for breakfast I missed some cured ham or chorizo or other cold cuts than mortadela and ham.

Pros: Мені дуже подобається і персонал, і розташування, і чистота та сервіс. Дуже смачна їжа і велике її різноманіття. Єдиний мінус це шумоізоляція, якої майже немає, але сусіди були не голосні тож було нормально. Але загалом було б круто не чути телику з сусіднього номеру) Дуже зручне розташування як для мене, подалі від барів, але близько до супер маркету та гір. До моря всього 5 хвилин легким кроком, по центральній вуличці. Пляж розкішний, широкий місця багато, люблю їздити у жовтні, щоб було мало відпочиваючих. Для багатьох це вже не сезон)

Cons: Шумоізоляція в номерах, дуже чутно навіть коли хтось кашляє, вранці прокинулась від того що вібрує телефон, поки дотяглась виявилось що то не в нашому номері. Дуже чутно все, але я брала з собою бірюші тож потім спала нормально без проблем.
