Pros: Location is perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast bufe had a good selection and the food was fresh delicious. Staff is very helpful. The refillable glass water bottle and water fountain at the end of the hall is a great idea. You can get as much water as you need. Recommend.

excellent modern hotel in good location

Pros: Well furnished modern hotel with very comfortable bed and bathroom facilities. The staff were excellent, very helpful and always cheerful and ready to offer tips for making trips out much easier. The breakfast was very good with an excellent choice of hot and cold food- nice view from breakfast room over Las Ramblas. Nice touches such as keyless entry to room and refillable water. We had a very minor problem which was fixed within 5 minutes and that was at 9pm. Service was good throughout

Cons: Nothing that we didn't like

An outstanding hotel experience with excellent service, comfort, cleanliness, food, and attention!

Pros: An exceptional stay from start to finish, warm, attentive staff, spotless, recently refurbished stylish rooms, superb food, peaceful sleep (stayed in courtyard room), and thoughtful touches throughout. Service was flawless, and every detail felt premium. I’d gladly return and highly recommend it. Truly five-star overall.

Cons: The online check in button in the email did not work which caused a small delay at check in but was very kindly given a free early check in! I think the elevator should require a code to access the guest floors but you have to walk by the Front Desk so OK!

Super comfortable and well located

Pros: Lovely big rooms, comfortable beds, clean and lots of well thought-out elements. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: A little noisy outside the room-could hear other guests as if they were in the room. We brought a car and it wasn’t clear how difficult that would be with access (partly due to building works on La Rambla) given the location.
