Cons: 150 screaming teenagers in a school trip meant it was very noisy and now queues

Close to all amenities.

Pros: The room was nice the bed was comfortable nice lounge where you could sit and relax, free wfi , the dining area was nice and big with variety of food , the guy at the reception helped us to get breakfast as we had to get our bus at 07.30 he said we could go with the group to have breakfast that was really kind of him much appreciated , the staff serving dinner is more helpful and friendly.

Cons: The staff didn't know much or knew any English, my worst thing was especially at breakfast if you go around 09.50 lot of stuff is finished and the staff don't replace them and you have to ask them not only food but glasses and cups , one morning we went for breakfast and could see that water had been added to baked beans it was disgusting no gravy but water , not much options for vegetarians for dinner .

We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the wonderful days we spent here.

Pros: The hotel is worth the money. The food was very good and of high quality. The staff were friendly and spoke Russian, German, and of course English. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach, there’s a shop nearby, and about a 25-minute walk to the train station. Everything was clean, and the room was cleaned every day. The pool was open, though not many people swam there in October.

Cons: However, the doors in the room could use some replacement. Also, the shower curtain in the bathroom was very small, so water often spilled onto the floor. The Wi-Fi was very weak.

Good value, great location

Pros: Great location near bus stop and not too far from the beach. Check in was easy with good receptionist, restaurant had everything you needed. Generally nice room.

Cons: Overall a good experience for the money but if I was being picky: The wet room style shower left a lot of the bathroom floor wet. The food was ok but not amazing reflecting the low price so this is a consideration. I would still probably stay again though.

Lovely hotel and staff but not the breakfast was not

Pros: The hotel was very good and the hotel staff was very friendly and very polite

Cons: The breakfast was not nice the hot food was cold plus like fried eggs and all of the other hot breakfast was cold to

Pros: It was a great hotel, we had full board and there was plenty of tasty choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. I was over for an Ironman race and they had a special breakfast starting at 0445 on the morning of the race. The staff were excellent and very friendly.

Cons: The room was very warm and the Air conditioner wasn't able to get the temperature down. So sleeping was a challenge for us

We were there to support a family member doing their first IronMan. Idealy location as it was near routes

Pros: Close to beach and town. I arrived after midnight and they gave me some food on arrival.. which was very welcome , after a long day travelling.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind It suited our needs

Pros: Location is ideal for visiting beach and inner city. We loved our stay, staff was friendly and helpful! Buffet was offering huge variety and no shortages were visible!

Cons: There is some room for improvement in the assets of the room: a four persons room with limited space for suitcases? Only two chairs on balcony? Locations in bath to hang towels? But all in all these are minor things to worry about. Only negative item really was the incredible noise of evening events (kids disco and shows!) - Music was not unpleasant but from personal safety aspect MUCH TOO LOUD!!! There is no necessity to ruin the hearing capabilities of guests!!!

Pros: Location and the staff, very attentive and helpful, also near perfect English!

Cons: Breakfast isn't the best. We opted to have breakfast locally.
