Pros: Nice hotel in good area of Barcelona. The Argentinian guy (Vladimir?) at the reception was very helpful and professional, an example for customer service. Can recommend the breakfast.

Pros: Every day,the guest rooms will help change towels and make the beds. The location is still a bit far from the city center. There's not much good food nearby. I was given room 104 on the first floor, next to it is a public toilet, which is a bit noisy. The sound insulation is just so-so.

Cons: It's understandable that the mini bar charges, but the hotel prices are not cheap. At least free water should be provided.

A lovely stay with family, not far from city center with welcoming staff!

Pros: I went for a vacation trip to Barcelona and really enjoyed the stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful whenever asked about travel routes. Communication was easy and they are always welcoming. The room was super comfortable and spacious for me and my mother. Very clean and nice homely environment around the property with a cute little balcony. The metro station is 3 minutes walking distance from here which takes you directly to the city center. Absolutely enjoyed and loved the stay.

Cons: Everything was pretty good except for the fact that the telephone wasn't working so I had to order room service by going down myself and sadly they mixed up the room number and delayed in serving the dinner in my room which I had ordered. I had to go down after an hour to ask about it. Other than this, everything was pretty good and commendable.

Incredible stay, very clean and exceptional staff.

Pros: We stayed in this hotel for a few days when we visited Barcelona. It was excellent. The young gentleman in reception was very professional, respectful and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It was big enough for two adults and our child to sleep in. The bathroom was also very clean and had all the required necessities. Definitely recommend this hotel, close to city center also and all major roads. The room was very quiet during the night and we slept very well, the air conditioning kept the room cool as it was very hot during the day and night due to summer heat. Would love to stay here again in the future and many thanks for the exceptional stay!
