Short weekend brake

Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect for the stay - everything is easily reachable. The staff at the reception was very helpful and very kind, providing help in finding the best routes and locations, booking flamenco evening. Really very friendly and supportive.

Cons: Nothing particular. Maybe more light would be appreciated in the room.

The stay was wonderful with great location, lovely ambiance, clean rooms, & wonderful staff.

Pros: The location is great. The room was kept super clean, the staff at the reception were exceptional efficient and friendly. The breakfast spread was good. The only thing lacking was a smile on the staff at the breakfast table, probably due to the extra crowd during ISE.

Cons: A better way to greet people at the breakfast area first thing in the morning. The spread on the buffet was nice, but any ordered dish like an egg omelet was not up to the mark.

Pros: Staff is lovely, accommodated us with early check in as they had a room available. Hotel was clean and comfy and on a great location !

Cons: Only thing, plug sockets were scarce next to the beds they were all by the tv which isn’t a massive issue but irritating as most hotels have sockets next to the beds.
