Perfect hotel with a perfect location

Pros: The hotel is perfect ! Ideal for our short trip. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms have everything you need. Breakfast was delicious and so much choice. The staff were amazing! So helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back to this hotel next time

Pros: Excellent location friendly helpful staff the rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. The hotel had a nice moody feeling

Cons: We ordered drinks and sat in the lounge area but the bar staff didn't check if we wanted another drink we mostly had to ask reception staff and they located the bartender for us

Super boutique hotel with great staff and good location

Pros: Very friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Superb location within walking distance of most major sights. Very clean comfortable rooms and public areas. Fantastic breakfast.

Cons: Our room didn't have a window, so was rather dark and felt airless. It would have been nice if this had been pointed out to us at the time we booked so we could possibly have considered other options.

Fantastic short stay.

Pros: Location perfect. Staff (reception, bell boy, waiter/barman) all terrific people and the Doorman (Captain Sunshine) was the funniest, happiest, best sport we have ever come across. Alll of the folk were such a great advert for the hotel. We arrived at 8.30 a.m. were given a cava each to drink in the rooftop pool area and were able to check in at 9.20 a.m. FANTASTIC SERVICE

Cons: The Room was a tad dark with no natural light but a small thing for a 24 hours stay. Great bed, lots of extra comforts. Good bathroom space and facilities.

Great location, personalised feel and friendly, attentive staff. Made our first trip to Barcelona easy and special.

Pros: Small boutique hotel meant we felt like the service was personalised and the staff knew who we were. Customer service was impeccable, helpful to navigate the city sights and always available. The pool on the terrace overlooking the city was perfect for an afternoon beverage. Complimentary mini bar daily and turn down service was an unexpected touch.

Cons: No tea in mini bar, but I’m sure if I had asked they would have made me one and brought it up in room service, without a problem at all.
