Great location, amazing room and wonderful staff. Felt very luxurious!

Pros: Great location in the gothic quarters, easy to find with the description from the hotel. Really great value for money, everything feels very luxurious. The receptionist Stacy upgraded me for free when she saw I was staying through my birthday, a really wonderful gesture. Room was very spacious and so was the bathroom and the amazing shower. Great bed and GREAT soundproofing, I almost didn’t hear anything, which was amazing. Highly recommend!

Awesome, highly recommend

Pros: The location was great – just 5 minutes from the metro and 2 minutes from the cathedral. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.

Cons: The only downside was that you could hear other guests opening and closing their doors – it sometimes sounded like it was our own door.

Great hotel for a city break.

Pros: Great location, very clean and tidy room, really liked the toiletries. The person who checked us in noticed it was my birthday on my Passport and surprised us with a bottle of Cava once we had settled in. Location was perfect for us, close to cool shops and restaurants and easy to get to and from the airport on the Bus which drops you at Placa Catalunya, 8 minute walk from the hotel.

Pros: The location was great, the bathroom is big, the staff was nice

Cons: The bedroom is smaller than I thought, but was ok The cleaning was not very good when we checked in (there was dust in the room and hair on the shower walls from previous guest), but the staff cleaned in the next day.

Perfect stay in the very center of Barcelona

Pros: The location is very convenient, very central. The decoration and equipment are modern and with very good taste. Even if being in the city center, the location of our rooms were good in a very quiet environment. Large bed comfortable. The staff was very nice and always willing to help.

Cons: The only negative point that I can find would be the small shower knob with low pressure in the shower, which is a very little detail.
