Amazing must stay in Barcelona!

Pros: Staff was excellent, concierge and valet service was exceptional, including catering to all our requests across this trip. Communication from the staff was amazing regarding all our coordinated plans with the hotel. The amenities were exceptional and the room itself was a work of art.

Pros: Very classy and relaxed feeling, the service is top notch staff are great. The location is most convenient and close to many attractions, shops and restaurants. Excellent overall experience

Good hotel and location, but for this price the comfort and facilities should be better.

Pros: The hotel has several strong advantages. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and good quality food. The staff were excellent, professional, friendly, and always helpful. Cleanliness was maintained at a very high level throughout the hotel, including the rooms and common areas. The location is outstanding and extremely convenient, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions and restaurants.

Cons: The gym is very small, cold, and poorly equipped. The room was not very comfortable and lacked a proper workspace. There was also no adequate space or hangers in the room to hang jackets or coats. Access to Netflix and other streaming platforms is only possible via mobile phone applications, while the TV itself offers only basic television channels. Additionally, the plumbing system was extremely noisy, the sound of water drainage woke us up at night when guests on the floor above were using the shower.

Pros: great location and amazing staff. especially the spa staff. os kuro sushi restaurant next door is amazing.

Cons: way to pricy for what it offers. breakfast in 35 per person and is good but very limited. rooms don’t have enough light in the evening, everything is dimmed down. coffee is instant everywhere in the hotel and quite bad.

Great place to enjoy a visit to Barcelona

Pros: Great and quiet location near passeig de gracia and 1 minute walk to one of the Gaudi’s buldings. The hotel offers wonderful service and overall room experience is very nice with historic statues and relics as room decorations. I would also like to note that the hotel’s restaurant has top notch food, although a bit pricey.

Cons: Not really anything negative - my room’s table was too small and i couldn’t work. Which led me to forego a couple of meetings and enjoy the city instead.

luxury experience created by amazing staff

Pros: the breakfast was fabulous! and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - it was almost like a disney movie, they anticipated needs, offered refreshments. they even decorated my sister's room for her birthday as a surprise - this was a big deal since it was the first birthday since my mom's passing, and the staff printed out photos of us all as family. my sister wept, it was really moving. i've never had a hotel experience where the staff were so caring and thoughtful before.

Cons: i really can't think of anything. we did the spa, it was lovely, i got a massage that was amazing. really couldn't have done anything better.

Great location to explore or just relax.

Excellent location and stylish hotel

Pros: This hotel is fantastic. As a Designer I’m quite picky on style - this hotel is spot on for style and comfort and feeling welcome.

beautiful hotel worth the price

Pros: Breakfast was excellent! Really nice. The rooftop pool was refreshing, and the rooftop in general was a nice spot to hang out. The spa was great, I used the sauna and shower, and I also got a lovely massage. The staff was wonderful and responsive.

Cons: The layout of the room is a bit silly in some places - the outlets for example, one of which you could not use if the closet door is open. The light switches were also really confusing, it seemed like they turned on/off differently every night.
