Perfect with some things that could be better for this money.

Pros: The location is the best, rooms are very big and very well equiped and are thoroughly cleaned every day. Breakfast was awesome as well as the food from the room service menu and the waiters always did everything we asked.

Cons: Even though the staff always did their best they seem quite lost in the process, they forgot our lunch box when we checked out early morning before breakfast (we asked twice and they confirmed it twice that it will be prepared) due to the flight schedule, they forgot to call us when we arrived that our room was ready so we waited outside not knowing it. Also, the windows can’t be opened (we don’t know why), so the air in the room is quite bad sometimes since you can’t open any window. Because of that, there is lots of mold in the shower so it is not a pleasant thing.

An excellent stay in great location.

Pros: Hotel was very comfortable and in brilliant location. Staff were excellent and very helpful and responsive.

Cons: Our room was a bit hot and we were unable to open the windows which was unfortunate. Do like fresh air.

Pros: Wonderful hotel, conveniently located, clean, with a spacious room featuring comfortable and beautiful furniture. The service was outstanding. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine 😃. The room cleaning was excellent, and the reception and bar staff were simply amazing! Many thanks for a wonderful stay! I will gladly recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona!

The location is good, the staff are nice but the rooms do not match the price paid

Pros: Location is good, the front desk staff are really helpful and the room was clean but too small. For the money we paid we wanted two arm chairs to relax in when we were reading

Pros: The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. What stood out the most was the service — the staff were extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. Every time we needed assistance, the reception team solved everything quickly and efficiently. The rooftop has a small pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day or even spending a full day there, with food and drinks delivered directly to the poolside. The hotel was also very comfortable, with a spacious room, a comfortable bed, and cozy pillows.

Cons: Our shower door didn’t close properly, which caused the bathroom to flood whenever we took a shower. In general, the hotel could benefit from some maintenance.

Good Choice for Barcelona Stay

Pros: Hotel was located in a very good area. Close to everywhere. Breakfast was above my expectations. Fresh orange juices , croissants, cheese selections. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I really recommend the hotel.

High quality hotel with friendly staff and nice atmosphere

Pros: Breakfast very good. Small point let scambled eggs go cold but omeletes pancakes etc cooked to order and delicious.
