Overall excellent stay

Pros: The staff was excellent, especially Carlos. He was always smiling, very helpful, and lovely to talk to. His friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to mention his name because he provided such great service. Room: The room was big, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay pleasant. Location: The location was nice and easily accessible. Bus stops and the train station are nearby, so traveling around the city was very convenient. Breakfast: Breakfast was okay, but there were fewer vegetarian options. It would be better if they added a few more choices for vegetarians.

Pros: My stay at the hotel with my wife was truly excellent in every way. The welcome was warm and professional from the very first moment, and the location is exceptional and very convenient. The room was very comfortable, the beds were extremely cozy, and the bathroom was spotless, reflecting great attention to detail. I also asked the front desk to print and copy some documents in color, and they kindly did so free of charge, which I truly appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Upmarket hotel with fabulous view in a great district.

Pros: I loved the rooftop garden and the view across to La Pedrera. The doorman Axel had plenty of handy hints on the nearest supermarket, the best coffee, the best tapas bar etc. We were there during the Barcelona festival with the firecrackers and smoke breathing dragons which was all a bit of fun but rather noisy.

Cons: The noise from adjoining rooms. The double glazing worked to stop external traffic noise but not the neighbour talking loudly until the early morning.

Pros: The location of the hotel was good! The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was clean every day.

Warm and Convenient

Pricey but a great location in Barcelona

Pros: The location is perfect. Carlos at reception was fantastic. He allowed us to check in early by offering us an inward facing room which was fine. He also recommended Pepito, a restaurant very close to the hotel which we now highly recommend. Well done Carlos!

Pros: Great location have stayed at hotel before. Excellent breakfast and very helpful front desk. Front desk sorted tickets to Sagra for us at short notice. All helpful and supply bottled water. Great breakfast.

Cons: Room cards having to be reset for lift and rooms cards not working. Pool is really just a plunge pool very crowded due heat. Music on rooftop bar needs to be slightly toned down as very loud early and people just want to sit enjoy view and atmosphere with some quieter background music.

Definitely stay again

Pros: Perfect location. Good selection of breakfast. Shower is excellent. Polite staff. Lots of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance

Pros: Location is superb. Staff are very friendly and willing to help especially Carlos at the reception where he played a major factor to sort a couple of issues I have encountered.

Cons: Breakfast is limited and has the very basics of breakfast
