Pros: The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was amazing! However, we didn’t receive a room with a balcony, as shown in the pictures when we booked .

Lovely thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Pros: Location great - plenty of clothes storage space - iron and board a great touch - and lounge / kitchen room size great and fully equipped - staff very friendly nice complimentary touches cava wine and chocolates and coffee pods

Cons: Reception area isn’t perfect a bit small no charging points that are easily accessible - bathroom a little small and toilet was wonky (room 405) - bedroom a bit small too - complimentary bottles water would have been a nice touch

Everything is prepared.

Pros: Staff : Very kindly and supportive. I appreciate to guide us. Location : Very near to La Rambla and Gotic area, also near to Mediterranean. Easy to go main location by walk. Room : Very clean room, bed making, amenities. I especially like to sea the view of Port Vell from roof top bar.

Cons: Nothing.

Definitely recommend it.

Pros: The staff was very polite and helpful. The location was good, close to the city center. The room service was provided daily, which we truly appreciated. The view from the room was totally worth it.

Cons: We cannot say that the breakfast was worth its price. For the cost, it should have offered a wider variety of options. In fact, the only thing we ended up eating was eggs. We also didn't like the fact that we were charged for our baby, who barely ate a yogurt. However, this is just our personal opinion.

We would get back here anytime we visit Barcelona!

Pros: Excellent location, near Gothic quarter, easy to get anywhere! Great conditions, clean, no noise from outside. Loved it!

Cons: We didn’t have warm water for couple of hours, and staff offered us a bottle of wine and free breakfast as bonus. Sweet and professional!

The perfect apartment in the perfect location.

Pros: The rooms were beautiful with stunning views from the 5th floor where our room was. Very clean. Towels, toiletries and toothbrushes were provided. All reception staff that we met were so helpful and friendly, gave us excellent tips on where to go and spoke perfect English. The location was great. We don’t mind walking so did everything on foot but taxis were easy to flag down outside. Loved our stay and will definitely return.

Cons: N/A

Amazing stay! Went above and beyond. We will be back!

Pros: I was blown away with the service. Staff were amazing and made our stay super special. We traveled as a family of four for my 40th birthday and what a great time we had. The location was fantastic and so central. It was super clean also. Could not fault this place. We will 100% be back again when coming to visit Barcelona! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay team!
