Gothic elegance.

Pros: Excellent Gothic hotel, situated in the centre of Barcelona. Bars and restaurants were in close proximity to the hotel. Rooms elegant, beautifully decorated and presented. Standard of cleanliness superb. Cooking facilities were an added extra. The sitting and eating area added to the overall comfort.. Exceptional..

Cons: Limited channels on the TV, only one English channel world news. For the nightly rate I would except a lot more choice.

Fabulous location and wonderful staff

Pros: Unbeatable location in the gothic quarter, close to La Rambla and metro station. Staff are very courteous and helpful.

Cons: A little but noisy on the street facing rooms but to be expected given the location and the bedrooms were a bit warm overnight.

The place to stay if you’re visiting Barcelona!

Pros: The hotel is set right in the middle of the Gothic Quarter and everything is within easy walking distance. Our rooms and the hotel were all spotless and the staff were amazing. The rooftop pool was great and it felt like our own private little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the streets below. If we ever come back to Barca, we’ll be staying here.

Pros: Good location in the strict city center \

Cons: The marketing ploy for the pool, sauna and fitness center is overrated, as they are extremely small and more than likely just for taking photos. We missed a table with chairs or lounge chairs in the room, considering the fact that it had a kitchen... But basically, nothing special that would bother us.

Wonderful hotel with spacious rooms.

Pros: The staff are extremely helpful! Offering maps and restaurant options. The location is perfect for walking the Gothic quarter, sightseeing and enjoying all that the area has to offer. Lovely personal touches, such as a fresh rose in the room, were beautiful. The area is lively but the rooms are very soundproof.

Perfect hotel in fab location

Pros: Amazing location, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the set up for a family of 4 with double and two single beds, plenty of space and kitchenette. It was also so quiet given the location - the soundproofing is incredible! Staff were hugely welcoming and gave great advice on places to visit and where to eat. Could not have been better!
