Lovely stay, thank you

Pros: - easy check-in - really kind a lovely staff - clean and comfy room - easy of leaving luggage before and after check-in and out - the terrace is amazing and the views at night just wonderful.

Cons: - rooms were nose during to building work outside - rooms with a view not value for money, roof terrace is so much better

Really Great place to stay!!!

Pros: We really enjoyed this hotel....it really made our time in Barcelona that extra special...from the location...coffee/tea in the reception....to the staff who were very friendly and helpful!! Nice rooms, comfortable bed and very clean. Great view on the Top viewing floor of the Sagrada Familia. The Breakfast was good....people have complained on other reviews...but for us food was hot and plenty. Fab freshly made Orange juice and friendly and helpful staff. Great stay!!!

Pros: Wonderful location. Full of cafes and restaurants. With Sagrada Familia and metro around the corner.

Fabulous location!

Pros: Carlos when I arrived to check in was extremely helpful. Check in was smooth. I had upgraded to a room with a view of Sagrada and was able to have brunch on the terrace when I arrived. Breakfast for the next couple of days was also good. A decent selection. Staff at the reception over the weekend were also very helpful with booking me tickets and giving me directions when needed.

Cons: The room was very dark. I would have loved the option of a brighter light. Also, the room got very hot and still at night and the heater was set to a fixed setting so I couldn't cool the room. Opening the window brought in a foul smell. Some people like me prefer cooler temperatures to sleep and one should be able to adjust temperatures to suit oneself. Otherwise, the room was sufficient.

Memorable and the most perfect place and experience ever

Just some days out of life and it was nice again

Pros: Normally I don’t go to the same hotel twice because there are so many places new places to discover, but this hotel is really perfect for so many reasons. It’s central, it has got a nice rooftop with an amazing vista and you can just sit there and let the world pass by. The breakfast offers something for everybody’s taste and so we went there again over New Year’s Eve and enjoyed it a lot again.

Cons: There isn’t anything.

Pros: Room clean and tidy. Awesome breakfast with unlimited. City center and accessible for vehicles and transportation very easily.

Highly Recommended for Sagrada Familia Visitors

Pros: The cathedral view was really nice. Also the staff were very friendly.

Not perfect but good :)

Pros: We had a view facing the Sagrada Familia, it was really beautiful. The room was also very quiet. You couldn’t hear the neighbors from the other rooms.

Cons: They didn’t offer bottled of water, we had to pay for everything from the mini bar fridgein our room. I understand that, but at least for the price of the room, water should be included. Also, the room was very hot for November. I tried to turn on the AC, but I think it was deactivated
