Exceptional Service & Great Location

Pros: We chose Hotel Best Aranea for its walking distance to Sagrada Familia and were truly impressed by the service. After a 26-hour journey, we were warmly welcomed. Although early check-in typically costs €50, Arriana and Victor kindly arranged it for free and helped us with directions and taxi info, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. John at the front desk was also excellent, recommending a great spot for a late dinner after our Montserrat tour. On our second day, Arriana once again went above and beyond—this time with a fantastic paella restaurant recommendation that made our taste buds (and tummies) very happy! Breakfast was fresh and varied, with Mario offering attentive, friendly service in the dining area. While the room was a bit small, it was tidy and comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding hospitality. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to family and friends.

Cons: The bathroom was not properly clean, as there were hairs and bits & pieces of toilet paper on the floor. Though our beds were made up and towels were changed, but they appear to be not a white as the ones we had on our first day. The was shampoo dispenser on the lavatory instead of liquid hand soap. We hope this can be improved.
