Pros: The staff at reception is very sweet and helpful. The room was clean which is very important. I came to drop my bags before checkin so I could wander around the city a bit but I managed to check in at 11am instead of 3pm! Also location is amazing!

Pros: It is in a perfect location, staff is incredibly frendly and attentive, we arrived early for check-in but they let us into the room immediately since it was ready. Great stay!

Cons: The room was clean when we arrived but during our stay it was not cleaned perfectly. Overall still clean. The biggest issue was the hair dryer that constantly stopped working due to overheating.

Awesome Location

Pros: Perfect location right in the heart of town. Loads of restaurants and shops around and an easy walk down to the water. The trams run around everywhere and there are tuk tuks if you want a fun ride 😉 We arrived by plane and uber was easy to get about 20 mins to hotel. Our room was bright and clean and you could open windows for fresh air. Comfy bed. The bathroom was a good size. Breakfast is available downstairs and it was great.

Cons: Only small but the pillows were very lumpy maybe time to update 🙂

Smart and convenient

Pros: Pretty location ~5 mins from the metro, in a good and lively area, full of bars, restaurants, bakeries, etc. There is a 24/7 shop just next door. Very polite, helpful and responsive reception staff. The room space was confined but worked just well for me. It was cleaned on a daily basis. Thumbs up for the balcony👍 Immaculate Wi-Fi connection too.

Cons: There was some funny smell, coming from the bathroom throughout the entire stay, but nothing dramatic 🙂 The price is not really budget-friendly but it is still ok for Barcelona's standards.

Great experience

Pros: Everything was great — a clean and comfortable room with all the necessary facilities. No noise, and located in a very nice area, just a 10-minute walk from the Sagrada Família. It’s very well connected by both bus and metro. The guy at the reception was very friendly and helped us with transportation. All in all, an excellent experience!

Cons: Nothing.
