Pros: Very polite fast and accommodating staff , very comfortable beds with different kinds of pillows so you are sure to have one of your liking , very very clean, great water pressure in the shower heating working fast and well

The location and neighbourhood was very good

Pros: The location, hygene and the staff was very good. Very near to the metro, Sagrada Familia and walking distance to Glora Tower.

Cons: The bed was not so comfortable, when you sit and lean back the bed head the bed slides beneath you forward.

Good

Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, perfect temperature. The bathroom was spotless and had toiletries. We appreciated the coffee and tea available in the room and the 2 bottles of water on arrival. Breakfast was good and having coffee available all day was a great plus. Great location near Sagrada Familia and the metro, in a safe area where we could walk even at night. The staff were helpful and kindly stored our luggage before our flight.

Cons: The bathroom lacks privacy due to the glass sliding door, which doesn’t close properly. If you’re not very comfortable with the person you’re sharing the room with, this can be challenging. We would have appreciated a wall-mounted clothes hanger. There are hangers in the closet, but we had to open and close the doors each time we needed our jackets. The walls are quite thin, so noise from other rooms and the hallway can be heard. We had earplugs, so it wasn’t an issue for us, but I don’t think I could have slept without them.

Great stay in Barcelona!

Pros: - The location was great, 5 min walk to La Sagrada Familia, cafe right by the corner, supermarket 1 min away, restaurants and landmarks without walking distance - Very kind and helpful staff - Room was exactly like on the picture, very tidy and comfortable - Bathroom was shining clean - Well equipped room: fridge, kettle, hair dryer, ironing board

Cons: - The walls are thin and you can hear people in other rooms or in the hallway almost like if they’re in your room. Earplugs fix the issue, however if you are sound sensitive, keep that in mind.

Fun and memorable time in Barcelona.

Pros: Lovely staff and room were cleaned daily. Was good as I was out doing tourist stuff, so when coming back to hotel was nice to have a nice cleaned room.
