Excellent stay

Pros: Good and clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Rather safe district, 5 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia and 2 minutes walk to the subway. There are many cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. We would happily stay in the apartments again.

Cons: It is necessary to specify at what time the apartment will be ready for, because check-in at 14:00 does not mean that the apartment will be ready.

Pros: Perfect and centar location and the fact that apartment was well equipped with daily necessities

Cons: The fact that towels were not changed on a daily basis since our stay was just for 3 nights though when I asked reception they informed me that if we really needed to change the towels in case of an accident we could ask them

Pros: The location is very good, about a 10 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. The communication with the reception was very good from the moment of booking until we left the place, everybody was very kind and helpful although their English could use some improvement. The location is actually a block of flats, not a hotel. Facilities were ok in the room, the only thing we didn't like was that in 4 days no one came to take out the trash, that should be improved I guess. All in all it was a goid stay, a little bit expensive for what they offer but cheaper compared to other options in the area as we all know Barcelona is very pricy.

Great location amongst local life. Spotlessly clean. It was everything we needed for a base for our family city break.

Pros: Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, great location close to metro station and very close to Sant Pau and a hop on/hop off bus stop but felt like we were amongst the locals. Lovely bakery just around the corner for our morning pastries. Kitchen is small but very well equipped. 30 min walk from Parc Guell (uphill but a nice walk). Communication with reception staff was great from booking to check in and check out.

Cons: A mirror in the front bedroom would have made a good difference as we were trying to get 4 of us through the bathroom with 2 of us wanting to put make up on! A door or heavy curtain to the other bedroom area would help protect from the bathroom light at night.

I would share the property with my family and friends.

Pros: The location was amazing and it was the purpose of our trip. Also it was very great that the reception staff was on duty 24hrs and the lovely lady was very friendly and helpful especially we arrived very late. Thanks to her!

Cons: There was no complaint.
