Pros: The hotel has a great location, the service is excellent, and the room is very clean and tidy.

Cons: Room key card sometimes not working. Toilet flush is not strong enough.

Great location, friendly staff.

Pros: It is located in a very good area. Many attractions are within walking distance. The rooftop terrace is great. The staff is very nice and helpful (especially Mohamed, thank him for his kindness).

Cons: The hotel needs a little renovation. We had breakfast there once, it didn't make a deep impression on us.

Pros: Friendly staff very helpful. Huge rooms and very comfortable.

Cons: Only one jacuzzi working and only one side. Thought it had a bar restaurant on the rooftop, shame they don’t do more with it.

Good value hotel with excellent breakfast in a good location.

Pros: All was excellent. They changed our room to one with a walk in shower. The breakfasts were excellent.

Cons: The door entry cards were a bit temperamental and sometimes needed reconfiguring.

everything is great except the food

Pros: The hotel is uniquely beautiful. It is close to everything, perfect location. It was cleaned every day, the cleaning staff was very nice, they even put my makeup away. Super great attention to detail. The staff in general was quite kind

Cons: The food at breakfast was great, but at dinner… There are literally two types of pizzas on the menu that are frozen… and it shows a lot. The salads were not tasty, only the Caesar salad. We ate tuna, which was also pretty nasty.

Pros: Clean and spacious room with bathroom facilities in mint condition. It was quiet (due to the low season). Breakfast was tasty and plenty.

Cons: There was no way to open a window wider than 1 mm to ventilate the room (safety measures I suppose?) Not a problem in January, but in the spring if you prefer fresh air to air conditioning, might be challenging
