Faultless, the best customer experience in Europe

Pros: Absolutely excellent from start to finish The staff were all exceptional and the whole experience was fantastic

Pros: The hotel is so beautiful! We were so lucky to be upgraded to suite with a sea view, it was spectacular. The staff are super friendly and the breakfast was brilliant. And they offered us a free late checkout. We were gifted a beautiful bottle of wine and chocolates.

Cons: nothing!

An exceptional hotel

Pros: The room was superb extra spacious, with a breathtaking view over the see, the Barceloneta and partly the city.The premises were lavishly decorated and the cleaning of the room would happen even during our night outing, if this was necessary.

Cons: The breakfast venue was small for the size and the guests of the hotel and particularly cold. Elderly people were asking blankets over their shoulders and the personel was attending their request. Although the variety and the quality of the food at the boufets was satisfactory, one had to rush and get out as quickly as possible. Maybe this was what the directors of the hotel came up with, to counteract the habit of lingering and playing with cell phones.

Pros: The view is amazing and the breakfast was nice as well. room space is also big as well

Cons: just some odour coming from the bathroom but the manager sorted the issue out.

Pros: The best hotel treatment im my whole life Money worth every penny 10/10 No issues at all

Excellent experience of stay at Hotel Arts Barcelona

Pros: It was our family vacation to Barcelona and Hotel Arts Barcelona made it a memorable one. We loved each and every aspect of the hotel. The room was such wonderful that we will remember it for a long time. The staffs were very helpful and always eager to help. Our family loved interacting with them. We also loved the breakfast which had lot of options and here again the staffs were so excellent that we used to enjoy having breakfast. Overall, this was great and life-time experience for us.

it was okay, but I will try somewhere else the next time

Pros: very proficient and attentive staff amazing views from the Room

Cons: construction noise 2 elevators to get around between rooms and facilities Washing facilities exposed to the room. Lack of privacy in the bathroom due to to the glass panels

Great Hotel not at its best at the moment

Pros: Arts Hotel is being refurbished so not all facilities are open and in particular the breakfast room is small and limited to what used to be.

Cons: They did not le me know at the time of booking that the hotel was being refurbished and therefore not at its best, staff is not as it used to be on the days Ritz Carlton was running the hotel and has gone downhill rapidly

Pros: We always stay in hotel Arts when in Barcelona , this time the new design suprised us
