Excellent hotel, exceptional staff

Pros: Love this hotel! Everything about it. We have been twice, July and February. Different vibes, hotel still excellent. Some of the friendliest most helpful staff we’ve encountered and we travel alot.

Definitely returning

Pros: Beautiful room I liked the extra security of a door into the bedroom, a great range of toiletries , fantastic mirror and very comfortable bed. Couldn’t fault it to be honest

Cons: Room service food was cold but they quickly rectified this

Overall very happy with Sofitel and look forward to returning

Pros: Pros: well located, not far from all beach restaurants etc v close to beach hangouts nice powerful shower and good room amenities view was ok, side view so could see some of sea breakfast was excellent, really good variety and chef available to make upon request omelettes, etc easy to signal taxis outside on main road concierge were very helpful

Cons: cons: given location it was noisy, even with balcony door fully shut, you can hear police sirens in the night gym was good but a bit limited in equipment

Great hotel to stay in Barcelona!

Pros: Lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Receptionist who checked us in, I believe his name was Ismael was very friendly and informative. Breakfast had a wide selection of food and waitresses were very attentive. We enjoyed staying in Sofitel Barcelona and would recommend to others.

The perfect hotel for a city break

Pros: A great hotel with very friendly and professional staff. Excellent breakfasts. High-quality food in the hotel restaurant. The bar offers delicious signature cocktails served in exquisite glasses. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities. A welcome bottle of champagne, fruit, and delicious chocolate shaped like a ceramic tile were a pleasant surprise. We highly recommend it.

Outstanding property, beds and sleep quality was out of this world.

Pros: Beds beds beds so soft and comfortable . Rooftop pool and garden area pools were both beautiful to cool down in. Our room was soo beautifully appointed, large areas and every need thought of. Everything was exceptionally clean. I am a little obsessed with the Sofitel brand now. Staff went above and beyond with their service and assistance.

Pros: Amazing hotel - everything worked perfect, staff was kind and location great. Wonderful beds and pillows as well and a really good gym. The restaurant is also highly recommendable
