An enjoyable stay!
Pros: The hotel is comfortable and clean, really well located in the city centre. The staff is very kind and helpful.
Cons: Perhaps a little noisy (but not unbearable) due to road resurfacing works on La Rambla (which has been going on for a long time and will continue for some time yet).

Excellent accommodation in an excellent location
Pros: Don't let the word \
Cons: Neither of these bothered me but just for transparency, being a hostel there is nothing the way of shared facilities like a bar, restaurant etc, but a world of entertainment and eateries are right outside your door. Also because of the location, it can be a little noisy in the early hours but we expected that and it wasn't so much that it impacted my comfort. I wouldn't let either of these put me off but it might some.

Pros: I loved the hotel, was really clean and all great as per description. Loved the spot, neat the center and the sea. The stuff was really kind, and the cleaning happened every day!! I recommend it totally!

Use the hairdryer as a heater and everything's gonna be fine. ;)
Pros: The location is the biggest advantage of this place. Our bathroom was really clean and well-equiped. Towels were changed daily. Most of the staff were nice including maids. You don't have to worry about toiletries as everything's there including toothbrush, toothpaste or soap. You can leave your luggage in the hostel when you check out and collect it later.
Cons: The bald guy at the reception wasn't too nice and didn't seem eager to help. The room was quite cold and the heating/ac system was kinda joke – radiators didn't work, and heating-ac turned on for 20 seconds and then stop blowing for 5 minutes, again 20 sec of heating, and again 5 min of nothing. We used hairdryer to make the bathroom warm lol. Our room got a window, but the view from the window was just an ugly wall, so no natural light during a day – lights on all the time is a must when you're in the room. No fridge, no kettle in the room but I could expect that so no biggie here.
