Really great place
Pros: Location... comfort... staff all amazing really liked the apartment and the block... location was the main winner! Great facilities useful to have a kitchen... comfy bed!
Cons: It was probably the loudest place ive ever stayed during the evening (expected as right on the Ramblas) minor bits issues with shower temperature (was sorted immediately) bathroom sliding door needs a stopper to stop fingers being caught in it!

It was a great experience right in the heart of BCN
Pros: The apartment was very well located. Close to all important landmarks, to all the shops, to the seaside. It was sparkling clean. We stayed for 13 nights and they also offered cleaning during our stay. The bed was comfy. The comunication was very easy. Late night check in was possible.

Perfect do not hesitate to book our room was ready on arrival with bottle of wine and honestly everything you would need
Pros: The property was very central and perfect for a family of 4.
Cons: At night there is a little noise from the street as it’s just off las ramlas with lots going on. It did not bother us really it’s only if you are a light sleeper.

Pros: The apartment was well equiped and clean. The location is perfect, you can visit all the must-see Barcelona places on foot. The check in is really smooth, there is also a reception in the building which was helpful. Sofia is really nice, the communication is super fast. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t reccommend it enough!

Great apartment in a fab location
Pros: Really lovely space, plenty of room for a family or small group. Huge windows letting in loads of light! Just off Las Ramblas so great location for sightseeing but actually pretty quiet at night. The layout with the bunk beds tucked away is fab - gives a bit of privacy. Beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and the shower was an overhead one and pretty powerful. Staff were brilliant throughout. Plus there was even a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely treat!

A quiet and comfortable place to relax after exploring the city
Pros: Comfortable key handover by later check-in. Great communication, friendly staff. Nicely furnished apartment. Comfortable beds including a bunk bed. Great soundproofing from the noisy La Rambla. Great location for exploring the city near the metro station. Suitable for family.

Geat Location, Helpful staff
Pros: Met by Sofia at check-in, she was warm and welcoming, a bottle of wine upon entry to our apartment was well received!!, it was very clean and adequate for our needs. The bathroom was spacious with a good rain shower!, It was right on Las Ramblas so the location was excellent for cafe's, bars, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing!, People watching from the balcony was interesting!!, The lift is tiny, my wife thought it was hilarious!! Sofia allowed us to store our luggage at check-out for a few hours, which was very kind!, Thank you again Sofia!
Cons: It was a little noisy but what do you expect being so close to Las Ramblas?. The lift is tiny!, my wife kept nudging all the floor buttons with her bag when she turned around ( stand still in the lift!! ), I like a firm bed but even I thought the bed was a little hard?.

Fantastic stay
Pros: I had apartment 504 and it was absolutely stunning. Modern, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful both before and during my stay. Location is great and even though it's in a busy touristy area, there is enough glazing on the windows to keep most of the noise out. I'll 100% go again and hopefully get the same apartment again! I loved it.
