Pros: Nice clean perfect location! We loved our stay. Had everything we needed we would be back again

Cons: Just the stairs, small and narrow don’t chose this if you have suitcases or find stairs hard. Also can see neighbours but that didn’t bother us. Just more of a be ware

Pros: Location is the best: in the Gothic district, 3 minutes from la Rambla, 25 minutes from the nearest beach. Clean apartment, good shower and conditioner. Easy arrival.

Cons: Stairs to apartment are not particularly convenient to carry suitcases or for elderly people, but it’s ok.

City getaway great for couples or friends

Pros: Amazing base location to explore the city. Steps to restaurants, attractions and Las Ramblas and about a 20 minute walk to Barceloneta. Great shower pressure at the end of a long day.

Cons: The couch could maybe be replaced with something more comfortable. Key pad entry to the unit would be great so you don't have to carry a key. The stairs are steep and uneven heights at some points so going up and down frequently and with luggage is challenging.

Pros: Le plus c'est la localisation. L'appartement était plutôt en bon état et c'était bien nettoyé.

Cons: En revanche pour accéder à l'appartement il y a beaucoup de marches et c'est très étroit avec une grosse valise. Beaucoup de vis à vis...

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut und auch die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (2 Türcodes). Auch die Altstadt und Highlights sind fast alle per Fuß erreichbar.

Cons: Es ist nachts recht laut (Partygänger).

Pros: Największym plusem lokalu jest świetna lokalizacja- położenie w dzielnicy gotyckiej, 7 minut pieszo od dwóch linii metra, w pobliżu niejednej atrakcji turystycznej. Wnętrze zorganizowane jest w zupełnie poprawny, komfortowy sposób - z kuchnią, łazienką i salonem.

Cons: Największym problemem apartamentu jest jego położenie na 4 piętrze, do którego trzeba dotrzeć po bardzo stromych i wąskich schodach (dla ludzi młodych może to stanowić element przygody, jednakże seniorzy czy osoby nieposiadające kondycji z czasów młodości, mogą mieć ogromny problem z dotarciem na miejsce, szczególnie z bagażem). Rezerwując pobyt w apartamencie warto się liczyć również z faktem, iż w okresie sezonu, położenie w dzielnicy gotyckiej wiąże się z aktywnym życiem nocnym miasta i głośnymi odgłosami z ulicy w godzinach nocnych.

Pros: Posizione ottima nel quartiere gotico a pochi passi dalla Rambla, comodo alla Metro! Appartamento comodo, climatizzato e funzionale alle esigenze di due persone!

Cons: La scala per accedere all'appartamento è un po' scomoda, dettaglio trascurabile per dei giovani ma probabilmente non ottimale per persone più anziane!

Cons: El acceso por las escaleras es incómodo para ir con maletas grandes. Para una semana como estuvimos, creo que tendría que haber más toallas y papel higiénico.
