Pros: Cozy, clean and centrally located apartment, I like it

clean nice place, well equipped

Pros: It was raining the whole weekend however we got lucky to stay in this apartment which has everything to chill inside: smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, AC (for heating in the winter), and a small balcony to smoke. The place was decent size for a typical studio, and quite efficient in the interior design. Given its location, we would have been enjoying better beach walk and old town wanderings if not for the wearther. Well always a good excuse to come back :)

Pros: Bonita y limpia suite con cocina privada y baño. Hay un pequeño balcón que da a la calle, pero tranquilo por la noche. La azotea es compartida, al igual que la lavandería. Pudimos lavar nuestra ropa del último viaje y disfrutar de la hermosa vista desde la azotea. El lugar está muy cerca de la playa y las ramblas, nos encantó y nos quedaríamos allí de nuevo.

Pros: Удобное расположение апартаментов , рядом с центром и морем, есть все необходимые предметы для бытовой жизни

Cons: Очень тонкие стены между номерами , было слышно как приходят соседи , они сильно закрывали двери ночью и из-за этого стучала и наша входная дверь , ощущение будто кто-то сейчас зайдет к тебе в апартаменты. В один день соседи с утра очень сильно ругались , дрались и хлопали дверьми так , что тряслись все стены и двери , было страшно. Такж есть момент ого , что в будние дни где-то рядом с апартаментами садик , потому что при открытом балконе очень слышно как играются дети на улице. Есть минус еще в том , что на фото апартаменты идеальные , новые , чистые , в жизни есть пятна на стенах , мебель не такая новая

Pros: Todo fue muy bien. Hay varios estudios con el mismo estilo de deseño, unos tienen balcon hacia la calle, otros a la manzana. Me quede en una por la calle con luz por la tarde. Todo limpio y servicio profesional!

Pros: Il monolocale è pulito e luminoso, con cucina e bagno privati. È molto vicino alla spiaggia e alle Ramblas, la migliore posizione di Barcellona. Siamo stati accolti con grande accoglienza dal personale di servizio che ha organizzato per noi il check-in posticipato, molto gentile e cordiale.

Pros: last min luck to find this apartment and great appreciation to hosts who waited for us until quite late. the place is next to the port barcelona and few steps away from Rambla, exactly where we needed to be. there is a cool vibe around: art shops and chic bars. the apartment itself is a typlical short stay establishment, clean, well designed, and offering all we need for one night. we love it and would come back!!

Great place

Pros: Very clean, very organized, the hosts simply don't dissappoint. We enjoyed the rooftop view, and the vibe in the neighbourhood. Few minutes walking to the beach area, and many nice artisan shops around. Truely the best place to stay.

Cons: elevator a bit small like typical european one

On a passé un très agréable séjour, on se sentait vraiment comme si on était chez soi.

Pros: La propreté, sa position par rapport aux meilleurs endroits à visiter, l’accueil , l’hospitalité. Tout était parfait.

Pros: Апартамент небольшой но очень чистый, отличный вариант чтобы переночевать за небольшую цену. В апартаменте есть все необходимое, тихий , находится в очень удобном месте. В пешей доступности все достопримечательности.
