My Address in Barcelona Old Town

Pros: Amazing location, spacious, clean and comfortable. Independent access to suite was easy; hosts provided clear instructions.

Cons: Floor needs replacing; some boards are loose and if not careful, you can catch your foot on it and risk injury.

Pros: The place was super spacious and the beds very comfortable. It was also very clean and had an amazing view from the balcony in the back. It's located in the south raval which is super central. It's true that it can get quite noisy sometimes but overall it's a nice spot to live in.

We would be happy to recommend this accommodation to any of our many friends should they wish to visit Barcelona. Thank

Pros: Excellent location, cleanliness of the property, quietness when all windows/doors were closed and the comfortable beds.

Cons: A couple of tips:- There were no plugs for the wash bowls or bath. Fortunately, one of us had packed one, which was essential to use the bath. We made do with running water for the wash bowls (an unnecessary waste of hot water). Bedside lights in the bedrooms would have been useful rather than using the 2 bright ceiling lights.

Good value and stay all round, location a bit dodgy but wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Pros: Spacious for a stay for 4 guests, balcony, washing machine, 2 bathrooms

Cons: Location was a bit dodgy, ensure you are vigilant when leaving, definitely agree with the other review advising to not travel alone as a woman. There was a very high police presence however. Location itself was central with plenty going on around it so we were happy with that.

Pros: The house was very clean and well-equiped. We found everything necessary for our stay. The location was very close to la Rambla and the metro stations. The person dealing with us was very kind and helpful.

Fantastic for our stay. Great value for the money! Would love to come back!

Pros: It was all that we needed for us a group of 5. Everybody had their own room. Great with 2 bathroom and the shared space and kitchen!

Pros: Very responsive and friendly host. Attended immediately to all questions or concerns. Had a minor issue with bugs on arrival and someone was sent straight away to fix. Location good, very close to Les Rambla and walkable to most attractions. 5min walk to metro. The neighbourhood is a bit run down but we felt safe. Place has 3 spacious bedrooms with wardrobe space and a fully equipped kitchen. Living room area was also spacious. Overall, I highly recommend.

Pros: Great location, very nice staff. The appartment is very comfortable. Only the neighbours are extremely noisy.

Great apartment.

Pros: The apartment was excellent; clean, plenty of towels and bedding, good wifi and good hot showers. The communication with the company manging the property weas excellent.

Cons: The location felt a little edgy to be honest. The apartment itself was safe and secure and there were always police nearby. I did not feel threatened but there were always people hanging around outside the apartment, who clearly had addiction issues etc. It was loud in the evenings but quietened right down at night.

Pros: In the apartment was clean and beautiful, was everything what you need to have: cups, plates, forks, spoons, also all dishes for cooking. Also in the apartment is 2 bathrooms so all of group members can faster to wash. Owner for apartment is friendly, always answer all my questions and helpful.
