Large, modern, clean apartment

Pros: Great location. Large, modern and comfortable apartment. Gustavo was a great communicator. He met us at the apartment and walked us through everything. Would recommend it. Note, however if you are a light sleeper there are often loud people walking up and down the street in the night and early mornings.

Cons: Loud people on the street. It is on a very central and busy street in the Gothic quarter near Las Ramblas. Rain shower in back bedroom works but not well. Needs repair or replace.

Pros: The place was spotless, very comfortable, and perfectly located. It made getting around incredibly easy, and everything we needed was close by. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay.

Cons: Could have few complementary coffee and waters, given the price.

Pros: The location was superb! In the middle of Las Ramblas with easy access to pretty much everything! I would definately recommend! Host was amazing as he communicated with us via WhatsApp and met us on arrival. Would definately stay here again!

Cons: I couldnt find any negatives about the place at all.

A wonderful stay in Barcelona.

Pros: Breakfast was not supplied. Great location, close to restaurants, shops etc. Very comfortable apartment. Gustavo was a great host. Helpful and communicative.

Cons: The noise generated by the guests in the apartments above the apartment we were staying in. Door slamming late at night and in the early hours of the morning and heavy footsteps and dragging noises in the apartment above us in the early hours.

Great location. Spacious apartment.

Pros: Location was excellent. Host met us at front door. He allowed us to check in early (10 a.m.) as apartment was ready. Host helpful by suggesting restaurants and organizing our taxi to airport. Rooms were spacious. Apartment had excellent security.

Cons: Duvet cover on bed was very warm but no other options ( like a top sheet) was available. A low table on which on luggage could sit instead of being on the floor would have been practical.

Amazing stay in the heart of the old town, don’t hesitate to book it!

Pros: We are extremely happy with our stay at this property. Location is 10 out of 10!!! Positioned in the beautiful old town (Gothic quarter), close to major sightseeing places, plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Very clean spacious and modern 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, great shower. Our host Gustavo was very friendly and helpful. Hope to be back one day.
