Nice

Pros: The place was spacious, with two bathrooms. Kitchen and bedrooms were also good.

Cons: 1. The apartment is spread over 3 floor - not very toddler friendly. 2. One bedroom is in basement. Its bathroom had a strange smell. 3. On arrival, we did not find washing powder for washing machine and dishwasher, which we had to go out and buy urgently. As we had a small baby.

Value for money

Pros: Great value for money considering it was a short stay. Accommodation is charming and equipped with all necessary amenities, close to everything and tucked in a very quiet area. Host was quick with queries and responded to our every need.

Flat is big, quite and comfortable. All you need is inside. Only bring some slippers, we got a bit cold - but we do not

Pros: Property location is brilliant. Flat overall is good. Area is quite. For family of 6 it was good choice. Enough space and in evening could enjoy time on terras.

Pros: Great apartment, the host is super available and kind and the house is perfect. Loved the terrace and the position is great to see all the most important attractions and go to the beach.

Comfortable and nice stay in the apartment. Will recommend to friends.

Pros: Location is great, major attractions are within walking distance. Very nice full-equipped kitchen and rooftop terrace. Staff are very helpful, provided the information on timely basis.

Cons: Wifi is down on the second day. We had to use the wifi of the next door apartment. But it was down again.

A short 3 night / 4 day visit we really enjoyed in Barcelona and Casas B, recomended.

Pros: Great location, Sergi our main contact was really helpful and helped us with everything we asked even over a weekend. Close to everything, well equipped place with comfortable beds and all necessary appliances. Local shops, cafe's and eateries were well priced with great food. One other point, the airconditioing in the apartment was execellent, I would go again for sure. One note, watch out for pick pockets and thieves, one of our party had their bag stolen, nothing to do with the accommondation or Sergi, unfortuanely its a Barca problem :-)

Cons: Nothing really, you can always add or change something about holidays stays but that would be picky, overall a great place.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Casas Apartamentos Gracia! The apartment was clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Terrace was a big plus. The location in the Gracia neighborhood was perfect—lively yet peaceful, with plenty of charming cafes, local shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. It's also well connected to public transport by bus/metro, making it easy to explore all of Barcelona. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in the apartment's design and the thoughtful amenities provided.

Great property and location !

Pros: Everything especially location, huge variety of shops ,restaurants etc. Roof top garden lovely too especially for coffee in the morning

Cons: No wifi details in property when we arrived but that was a very minor issue as host quickly messaged me with details when I asked for details . Stairs fine for us as we had teenagers with us but not suitable for small children or elderly people .
