La Sagrera House

The sagrera house is the perfect place if you want to have good times in Barcelona 🩷

Pros: We booked the house for 6 persons, the house is very nice , was clean , Daniel is a very nice guy. For sure we will come back again in the summer 🫶🏻

Great host, great location, near metro.

Pros: We could not have met a better host than Daniel. He was very friendly and went out of his way to assist us. If we are in Barcelona we would definitely be staying at Daniel’s place.

Pros: Everything was perfect, the house is beautiful and had everything that we need, we will come back for sure in the future!! Also is very close to subway and supermarkets

Fab!

Pros: The location and transport links were excellent, and Daniel was fantastic! He was incredibly kind to my parents who arrived early and made sure we had all the information we needed. The house was very well equipped, everything you'd expect in a self-catering home, plus thoughtful extras that made our stay even more comfortable.

Cons: No complaints:)

Pros: La Sagrera House was in a brilliant location. All essentials were within a very short walking distance- metro, bus, shops, restaurants, cafe. It was very ideal especially as it was outside the main tourist areas. Daniel was also a brilliantly accommodating host. There was an issue with the air conditioning (that was not in his control- engineers putting in a modern system broke an existing part) that could be not be fixed in time for our stay. To compensate for this, he gave us some money back and apologised profusely. He was well mannered, organised, friendly and kind. The house itself had a great outdoor space and a luxurious number of bathrooms- no complaints! If I return to Barcelona, I would 100% reuse La Sagrera House.

Great host, location and faxilities

Pros: Daniel is a great host. Also the location is very good - close to the metro. The house has 4 bathrooms which is more then enough.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect.

Pros: The house is spacious, clean, and located in an excellent area, with the metro station just 2-3 minutes away. Daniel is incredibly responsive, friendly, and an exceptional host. Perfect for a family stay. Highly recommend it – 100%!

Pros: The house is large, each room has a bathroom, the location is good, 3 minutes walk from the metro, several stations from the center. The owner is wonderful, always in touch, delivered the keys to us on time, helped us with an additional service without extra charge. I recommend

Pros: Great location, place was very clean. Daniel was a great host, he was responsive and flexible--all around just a genuinely good guy.

Pros: Daniel is probably the best owner I have met through Booking. An example how a host should act and behave. Met us in person, helped us park in and park out, even reserved a second parking spot for us for a reasonable fee. Warm and welcoming man. The apartment itself is spacious, two parent bedrooms, one child bedroom suitable for four children. One person could even sleep in the living room. Clean, in a great neighborhood, four bathrooms. Wow. All amenities.

Cons: Just watch for the electricity. Don't turn on the AC and rhe washing machine at the same time, since the electric sockets will turn off the electricity. Minor issue though. Just turn them on, on the main board (the most obvious switch), and WiFi will return in ten minutes. Be patient. Not a huge thing though.
