The studio is cute, cozy and clean base for 2-3 people. It is well located. You can pretty easily reach Park Guell and S

Pros: We loved the location and comfort of the studio. The free coffee tablets and sangria was a nice touch. Also the guy who let us in was very nice and responding quickly via whatsapp.

Cons: The flat lacked some common kitchen utensils such as sharp knives, plates and so on. We also think the prize is pretty high for flat for two people.

Pros: The host was great and helpful. You could open the door to the flat as well as street door using a sent link. The apartament was clean. It is situated on the 4th floor so you can take the stairs or use an elevator. The location was very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and dinning.

Cons: There should be hangers for jackets near the door and a large mirror glued, for example, to the flat door.

Awesome and comfy space in a great location

Pros: Everything was really great. Great location, cool terrace above the apartment, clean and spacious kitchen.

Cons: Few wall hooks in the bathroom would have been a great addition.

Pros: Everything was really good, I have nothing really to complain about. Nice too see that the appartment is equipped with iron, washing machine and dishwasher. The appartment itself felt newly renovated. For this price, I doubt you could get much better.

I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Pros: Good location, have everything you need for comfort stay, nice owner. Have super tasty bakery store just 60m walk. Has access to metro. (3-4min walk)

Cons: The kitchen knife wasn’t sharp enough. The building elevator has capacity 180kg. 2 big adults not feet by weight.

A comfortable stay with everything I needed

Pros: İ There are many facilities you might need. The apartment was comfortable enough for a short stay. It also has a nice, quiet view of the Sagrada Família.

Cons: the elevator is not working properly. I ordered Glovo, and the delivery guy got stuck there for a while

Pros: Propiedad acogedora con una cama matrimonial y sofá que funciona como sillón cama. El lugar es acogedor y limpio. La calle sobre la que se ubica es segura, aunque se escucha mucho ruido que viene de la calle.

Excelente

Pros: No tiene desayuno por que es departamento. La ubicacion excelente, a cuatro cuadras de Paseo San Joan, a Seis del Paseo de Gracia y 4 del metro. Tiene un Aldi a una cuadra y un Keisy a 3, El departamento impecable exquisitamente decorado, prolijo un chiche, tiene absolutamente todo lo que se necesita, lavadora, secadora y lavavajillas, Todo equipado, los anfitriones excelentes. Si bien el edificio de afuera no es agradable vale la pena por dentro.

Cons: Quizas se podria decir la entrada al departamento. pero no es relevante

Pros: Super convenient neighborhood, the host was great, no issues. Apartment was clean, AC worked great, we loved our stay!

Cons: The check out time was too early. It was supposed to be 10am, they were nice and let us stay until 10:30, but we still would have appreciated at least the standard 11am check out time.

Pros: Καθαρό κατάλυμα, σε μια εναλλακτική περιοχή, με αρκετές παροχές (πλυντήριο, στεγνωτήριο, πλυντήριο πιάτο κλπ). Το internet είχε καλή ταχύτητα. Ο άνθρωπος που μας παρέδωσε τα κλειδιά, μας έδωσε πληροφορίες για σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια κλπ. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια. Κοντά σε αρκετά αξιοθέατα. Σούπερ μάρκετ σε απόσταση αναπνοής, όπως και αρκετά μαγαζιά για φαγητό, ποτό κλπ.

Cons: Το κατάλυμμα είναι σε μια περιοχή, όχι επικίνδυνη, αλλά που σίγουρα χρειάζεται προσοχή. Σε καμμία περίπτωση δεν νοιώσαμε πως κινδυνεύουμε, αλλά χρειάζεται προσοχή. Το ασανσέρ μικρό και αργό. Το κατάλυμμα είναι στον 3ο όροφο (ουσιαστικά 4ο). Επειδή μείναμε 4 άτομα (με δύο 14χρονα παιδιά), οι χώροι είναι σχετικά περιορισμένοι. Θα πρέπει να μεριμνήσουν να υπάρχουν κάποιος χώρος για να κρεμάς πράγματα, όπως πετσέτες κλπ.
