rentBCN Paseo de Gracia Apartments

Pros: I lived in s studio on 1st floor. Good option if you cannot get higher, as there are no elevator. Very good location on a quiet street, safe, no dogs, kids etc. Good equipped with all you need to stay 1 week. I asked for a new iron - in some hrs it was there.

Cons: The cleaning makes it good but not excellent. Small things need to be changed, like iron, kettle etc. Plates have not been cleaned. Towels need to be changed too.

Short 4 day break to see a concert. Comfortably slept 4 adults. Great location for the city and nearby bars and restaura

Pros: Great location, quiet street, near to all facilities.

We came for the formula one and it was a great place to stay. The owners were so flexible, friendly and had great commun

Pros: I loved the apartment! It was bigger than expected, clean, modern and was in an excellent location!

Cons: Nothing, it had everything we needed and more!

Pros: The plase was absolutely what I was hoping for! Easy communication with the hosts. It is perfect for family or group of 3/4, but keep in mind that it is open space. If you are visiting Barcelona to see all the landmarks this is the perfect location. Also it was on very quiet street and building, which was very pleasant surprise when you think that you are actually not far from the center. The neighbourhood felt safe as well. The city itself is very walkable, but the near metro stations vere very useful. The place was very nice and clean.

Muy bueno!!

Pros: Muy comodo.
