Clean and comfortable, recommended

Pros: The location is good, but the entrance and street felt a bit unsettling at night. The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped, with water, all the essentials, plenty of towels, and even dishwashing and laundry detergent provided. It was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well. Overall, I recommend the apartment. The manager was very helpful with everything.

Cons: although the elevator felt a little scary, it was functional. The only downside is private parkings around— very expensive, and there’s no option to park on the street. You pay around €25–35 per night, but if you stay a little longer in the morning it can go up to €50.

Great apartment in a good location to explore Barcelona!

Pros: Central apartment is a great modern apartment in the heart of the gothic quarter of Barcelona. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with cleaning products toilet roll etc for our stay. The host offered speedy check ins and a subsequent easy checkout. The apartment is great value for money and is only a short bike ride (20 minutes I found was the maximum) from any attraction we found ourselves wanting to go to.

Cons: I might have missed information regarding deposit + tourist tax but this was something that caught me by surprise so be aware and bring cash in euros to pay for this.

A clean, comfortable apartment and an excellent base for exploring Barcelona.

Pros: The apartment was spotlessly clean and we were very grateful for the cold water in the fridge when we arrived. Our host was there to welcome us and was very friendly. The location was good close to shops, restaurants and the metro.

Cons: We enjoyed our stay very much and have nothing negative to say about the apartment.
