Fab location. All great.

Pros: Communications were excellent. We dropped the bags at the office, which is close to the airport bus stop, very easily. Sol was super helpful. She even came to the flat with keys early to be helpful.

Cons: Downstairs neighbours were chatting outside quite late. Went in when requested.

Would stay again! Clean, modern and great location.

Pros: The location is great, a few minutes from la Ramblas and a 4 minute walk from Liceu metro station. Corner shop right outside the front door. The apartment was spacious and we had a good amount of room for 6 people to stay there. The staff at the Serennia offices were helpful and friendly.

Cons: On booking.com, as far as I can see there there isn’t a mention of the deposit (unless I’m mistaken.) it would have been good to know so we could have prepared a little better for it (€300) . It was refunded in good time but as I said, it would have been preferable to know. Additionally, we were told the city tax could be card or cash, so we withdrew the amount exactly but the gentleman that greeted us only accepted it in card. Again, minor problems but it would have been good to know beforehand. Overall, would stay again.

Pros: We stayed here for a few nights during our trip to Barcelona. The apartment itself was nice and cozy well-equipped for cooking, and it was convenient to have a washing machine and space to hang dry our clothes. The supermarket nearby made things easy for daily needs, and I also got to try one of the best restaurants just around the corner Cañete, which I highly recommend! Overall, the apartment was comfortable and practical, but I would advise future guests especially female travelers to be cautious about the neighborhood at all times.

Cons: However, the location wasn’t what I expected. As we were all women traveling together, we didn’t feel very safe in the area, even during the day. We always made sure to have our keys ready before entering the building to ensure no one followed us.

Pros: Great location, good size apartments with excellent amenities. Rooftop terraces were lovely.

Cons: The twin room was a little cramped. Would be good to be given more than 1 key per apartment as it was difficult to manage with a large group

Pros: Location îs very good; place was very clean, depozit was returned very fast after check-out.

Cons: There is a need of 300Euro deposit but it seem it is quite usual in Spain.

Perfect apartment for a first visit to Barcelona.

Pros: Great central location for a first visit to Barcelona. Being 5m from metro and 10m from airport bus was handy. Lovely to have a balcony to sit on at the end of the day. Shops and restaurants of Gothic Quarter and the amazing food market were all within easy reach. Communication with Flor about check in was excellent and office were helpful in taking our bags after check out on the last day. Highly recommended.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, the taxi driver waiting for us in the proper time and place, and also a very good check-in experience. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and provided great recommendations for local spots. The space was spotless, quite good for a family with 2 children, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to La Rambla and to the beach, making it easy to explore the area. Also, they were helpful in keeping our luggage since our flight was later in the day, although not in that building but 10 minutes walk away. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Pros: The apartment is well furnished and comfortable. We loved the contemporary features mixed with the traditional brickwork of the exposed walls. The kitchen is well equipped, with a dishwasher, induction hob and large fridge freezer. The lighting is very well designed with recessed strip lights that create a very warm atmosphere. Our apartment was the one at the top floor and the view from the back balcony is lovely, facing a charming internal courtyard. The location is very convenient as it is a 2 minute walk from La Rambla and the Gothic quarter. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and we could keep our luggage in the agency's office after checking out until we left the city for the airport, which was a bonus.

Cons: The second bedroom is not big enough to comfortably fit two single beds, as the second bed prevents fully opening the door when pulled out. Our kids didn't complain and it was not a big deal. The bathroom looks great and modern, but the drawer in the vanity unit needs fixing as it falls over when fully pulled out. The area in the El Raval quarter down the street is a bit dodgy. We consistently had to deal with people asking for money and shouting at anyone every time we got out of the door.

Brilliant location, bed was super comfortable.

Pros: The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the main streets. A few local shops literally on the doorstep for essentials. Bakery and coffee shop directly opposite. We locked our keys in the apartment and the host was super quick to come and get back in to the apartment. Lift from front door straight into the apartment. Washing machine so no taking laundry home!

Cons: The outside decking was a bit old and could do with repairing in places, the apartments above would benefit from screen netting as someone dropped a glass onto our terrace!
