Barcelona break

Pros: Apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Immaculately clean and lift was a bonus as my friend has some disabilities. Position was very good for Ramblas.

Cons: Whilst position was good the actual area was a bit glum/dirty. Lots of men hanging around street at night time and talking very loud until the early hours. The noise made it difficult to sleep.

I strongly recommend the apartment as good choice for the stay in Barcelona.

Pros: The apartment is located in the centre of the city, very close to shops, restaurants, and everything you could need. There was heating (as well as air conditioning). It was quiet, we never heard any of the neighbours, club music or city noise. It was very comfortable for 4 people as there is a living room.

Cons: I can only think of a few details to improve that didn't break our stay at all, like \

It was an okay stay.

Pros: The location is really good in the heart of el raval which is very close to las ramblas. We walked to many landmark and used metro sometimes. Metro was also very close for about a 5 min walk. For 2 people the kitchenware was okay. Supermarkets are very close as well. Communication with the agency was very good too. We didnt have any problems wih the keycard unlike the previous comments. Overall, it was an okay stay so we would not mind to stay here again.

Cons: We would have appreciated if the bathroom was bigger and there is a small wardrobe. Besides that, instead of a microwave oven would be better. Air conditioning was a bit loud and the windows were not very sound proof we could have heard the noises coming outside.

Great central apartment

Pros: Lovely Leo was there to meet us at the apartment. It was clean, beds comfy, shower in good working order. Kitchen handy to use for breakfast and fridge for water, milk etc. Box in kitchen with washing up liquid etc. Packages in bedrooms (we didn't need) with shampoo, shower gel etc. We felt the apartment was secure. Brilliant location

Cons: Only heavy curtains on windows, that we had to keep closed as there's privacy. For some natural light, they could put some net curtains or similar up, especially in bedrooms. Toaster cut the electric switch. Could hear people in the apartment above, but we were out most of the day. Not the hosts fault, building work in block next door started at 8am

Fantastic location in an amazing city that made our 5 days so pleasurable.

Pros: Great communication from the host, messaged to ask when we were leaving the airport to make sure he was there when we arrived to let us in and give us all the information we needed. The location was fantastic, easy to get anywhere. Great facilities. Flat was large enough for 4, beds comfy. Nice check in and check out times. Would return.

Cons: The lift broke and we were on the third floor so had to carry our cases downstairs. Not the hosts fault of course. Few missing items, no hairdryer when advertised. No wine glasses. Not enough toilet roll for the stay. Could have done with some water on arrival.

Pros: The host was very welcoming, the place was really tidy and conveniently located.

Cons: The host was half hour late, and our kid was already too tired and needed to go to bed ASAP, so it was a bit stressful, just waiting for the person to come to let us in.

Pros: The location, the very kind hosting and the supermarkets etc around the apartment were amazing.

Cons: The host was amazing but we had a bad luck of having the neighbouring building under construction. So we could only sleep well on weekend days. Other days at 8 am they started to drill right next wall.

Loved it! Location Location. I would stay there again.

Pros: Host was very helpful and provided lots of information. Accessible prior to arrival via WhatApp (and email) Loved the location. Quiet, but very close to Liceu Metro Station and the bustle of Las Ramblas. Plenty of Room, with most things one needs for a comfortable stay. It was nice to be able to do laundry and cook (Carrefour closeby).

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like - but when I was there the Apt had some quirks (the elevator up was pitch black - but it was fixed) and the shower floods (drainage is slow). Showers have to be short. ^^

Pros: Person Luis was very helpful and in general service was excellent

Highly recommend during summer times

Pros: The location was perfect, comfy place to stay for few days

Cons: The heating is very loud and the property is cold without the heater
