Pros: The apartment is in a very good location. Very clean, air-conditioned and with all the necessary amenities such as iron, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules, etc. It is a little noisy, but not unbearable, it is still a central part of the city. The proximity to major attractions, as well as to the metro station is an exceptional advantage. We are also very pleased with the assistance of the accommodation agency. Extremely kind people. They react immediately in case of need.

Pros: The apartment was centrally located - only a few minutes walk from Liceu Metro station. It was also recently refurbished and has a beautiful, stylish bathroom. We had a lovely, comfortable stay.
Cons: We only received instructions how to get into the apartment a couple of hours before arriving there and received an incorrect code for the door.

Pros: Nice, clean apartment. The apartment is warm, there is air conditioning. There is everything for living. The location of the apartment is good, everything is within walking distance.
Cons: at night it was noisy, people walk all night, everything is very audible. The alley where the apartment is located is very scary at night, a lot of different people, it is better not to go at night, during the day everything is fine.

Pros: We had an absolutely brilliant stay ( three of us- me, my sister and 10yrs old niece). The apartment is well connected, minutes away from metro stations and La Rambla, impeccably clean, comfortable, well stocked, smooth check-in and check-out procedures, no issue during the stay - everything we could've asked for and more! fantastic stay
Pros: very easy and open communication with the host. Straightforward instructions on how to enter and leave the apartment. facilities were great. Little touches like bin bags. washing up liquid, dishcloths, salt, pepper, olive to cook and water left in the fridge. Toilet rolls and plenty towels. Very, very clean. Bedlinen immaculate. Location was 10/10!!! . fabulous bakery opposite and well stocked wine shop. Supermarkets along the street aswell. we asked for a balcony which wasn't big enough to sit on but great to stand and watch the world go by!! If we go to Barce again I would definitely use this apartment. I would highly recommend to say here.
Cons: Because your in the centre of town it was noisy at night. It did calm down after 11. but I sleep with earplugs in so it didn't annoy me at all. But it might some people. Also we did have trouble with the WiFi the first couple of days. I messaged the owners who replied straightaway and said they were trying to sort it. And later that day it was sorted and fine for the rest of the visit.

Pros: Great location, plenty of space in the apartment, good amenities in the apartment.
Cons: The door was damaged, looks like someone broke into the apartment in the past, the mattress and under the bed sheets was dirty I.e. hair. Area is doesn't feel safe at night.

In general very nice cozy and beautiful apartment
Pros: Was clean, comfy, everything was there. A lot of towels left. The location is amazing, walking distance to a lot of interesting places and metro is close. Also I liked that in the kitchen it was olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and some other stuff.
Cons: The street is narrow, almost no cars there, BUT very noisy. Looks like people don't sleep there at all. If you decide to sleep with open window, like me, you'll wake up every hour from shouts, laughs and drunk companies 😁 The houses are close to each other and sound reflects very good. One more thing, the stuff like laundry detergent, liquid for washing dishes, shower gel, even trash bags is very limited. For me was also a problem - No slippers and the floor is cold. Had to buy slippers.
