Except for the staircase, it was a wonderful stay!

Pros: Great location and a very comfortable !residence. Clean, spacious, quiet apartment with a good air conditioner. We didn't meet the owner Ana, but a young manager named Rudolfo met us exactly on time with the keys and was very helpful in carrying our suitcases up to the apartment. He also showed up on time to collect the keys at. our departure and helped with the luggage again.

Cons: The stairs leading to the second floor are very DANGEROUS, especially when you're an older person. The owner should invest in installing railings to hold onto, otherwise horrible accidents could happen!!! We basically left in the mornings and didn't return until we were going to stay for the night, in order to avoid the stairs.

Satisfaction entière de notre séjour à Barcelone

Pros: L'emplacement a été déterminant dans notre choix même si un peu bruyant Rodolfo nous a recommandé de bonnes adresses et a facilité aussi bien notre arrivée que notre départ au niveau des horaires.

Cons: Monter et descendre, un peu exiguë la cage escalier.

Top gelegen appartement in het centrum van Barcelona!

Pros: De locatie was fantastisch!! Het appartement ligt aan de bekende/ populaire straat La Rambla. Binnen drie minuten kan je een metro station bereiken, waardoor je dus overal in de stad kan komen. Een aanrader dit appartement.

Cons: Het appartement was wel een beetje gehorig. De vloer kraakt redelijk erg, maar voor ons was dit geen probleem.

Definitely recommend for your Barcelona stay

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here and loved the location. the balcony is great to be able to look out at the street or check the weather easily, and the double doors make the street noise virtually disappear, so we were still able to rest easily. The check in process was easy and the owners were responsive and helpful. We didn’t have to use the AC much because the apartment really keeps a cool temperature, even with the outside heat.
