A wonderful family vacation in a great city

Pros: It was such a great location for visiting by foot any of the main attraction of Barcelona, so you can enjoy at maximum the experience of this wonderful city - Batlo house (10 minutes), Pedrera house ( 20 minutes), Music museum of Catalonia ( 6-7 minutes), El Corte Inglés (2-4 minutes), Sagrada Família ( 30-35 minutes), port and Aquarium (30 minutes), the Cathedral of Bercelona (15 minutes). Very clean ,quiet surroundings , well equipped apartment - as in the presentation photos. Many thanks to Mauricio , our local host who welcomed us and checked us in very early, because we landed in Barcelona at first hour in the morning.

Cons: The lack of the elevator- it was our misfortune to visit this location while the elevator was out of service 🙈, and to climb up and down the stairs (6 levels ) three or four times a day .

We had a great time, will definitely stay again.

Pros: It was central to everything. The Christmas lights looked spectacular from the balcony.

Great location, comfortable & value for money.

Pros: Incredible location; walking distance to most attractions and metro almost at doorstep. Lots of convenience stores, supermarkets and cafes/restaurants nearby. Despite being located along a busy street, the noise level was low. Flat was comfortable and spacious; good water pressure in shower, ample lighting and kitchen equipment. Cleaning service was provided on third day of stay; a bonus!!

Perfect place to stay in Barcelona. We were there in winter but there would be even better in summer with the large balc

Pros: Great location with everything we needed. Lots of nice extras like coffee, milk, detergent for clothes washing etc. Fully equiped kitchen. Close to metro and shops. Modern and nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly and gave some great restaurant recommendations.

Cons: The lift was broken so we needed to use the stairs. However as this couldn't work for us (as my son has a disability) they upgraded us to a different apartment with a lift. They were very helpful with this problem and offered first class hospitality.

Pros: The location is perfect, very close to most of the attractions. The train and metro are literally outside the building which is very convenient. We didn't need a car at all, too many shops and restaurants to choose from at a walkable distance. The apartment is very well looked after and there is an old but in working order lift. We loved that it had a washing machine and dryer. A very large and well equipped kitchen with everything you need. The check in experience was really good, we were welcomed by Mauricio who gave us a lot of tips and took the time to explain things around. Communication was always good and they were very responsive all the time.

Cons: Nothing. We liked everything

Brilliant weekend break, Great accommodation, fantastic location.

Pros: The apartment was in a great location on the Passaeg de Gracie close to the Metro, train station and bus stops. One of Gaudi's famous houses is a 5 minute walk down the street and there are plenty of good restaurants and bars close by. The owner was very welcoming and honoured our request for an early check in which was great. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. It had two roof terraces which meant you could always sit in the sun.

Cons: A couple of the doors looked a bit tatty and bashed but I am being very picky.

Pros: Location is great, the appartment was very specious and clean. The old 1900's style lift in the building is a special bonus! My kids loved it (and so do I :)) My only regret is that we could not stay longer.
