Pros: The apartment is in an excellent location — everything you need is within easy reach. The host is very responsive and always available to help. We stayed in the apartment in February; although it got cold outside in the evenings, we were never cold inside. The kitchen is basically equipped, but it was sufficient for preparing breakfasts and dinners. I recommend this accommodation.

Pros: Location was excellent because it was beside the Ramblas and near cafes, bars and restaurants. I would like to think we’ll be back to this apartment.

Cons: Not the fault of the owners but there was a power outage while we were hoping to have showers. Good communication from the owners and the power came back.

Great stay- exactly as advertised

Pros: Apartment was exactly as presented in the promotional photos. Functional, convenient and comfortable. Loved the amazing outside balcony with urban views and dining table. Couldn’t beat the location- stones throw from La Rambla, and easy walking distance to Liceu Metro Station and la Boqueria Market. Supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries all within easy reach. Staff were very helpful with communication prior to our stay and on day of arrival, and also with brief storage of bags when ours wouldn’t fit in the lockers provided onsite.

Cons: I felt that the price was a little high, but you don’t really get much better value for this kind of property in Barcelona.

Pros: The Apartment was quite spacious, well maintained with all the amenities. Sofa cum bed in the living room was comfortable for sleeping for two. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Cons: There was nothing that I didn’t like about the apartment, but the main bedroom should have had one king size bed rather than 2 single beds joined together.

Quiet and well appointed apartment in great central location.

Pros: Great location less than 5 mins walk from La Rambla but still nice and quiet. Format is a double (or two twins) room plus a single room and large sofa bed in lounge. All beds including sofa bed were very comfortable.

Cons: We paid €515 for family of four for two nights at the end of August. I guess that's the going rate, but it felt a bit steep.
