Great apartment located just off La Rambla and Plaça Reial

Pros: The apartment is well-located just off La Rambla and also Plaça Reial, so there are great transport links, plenty of restaurants, and a proper tourist atmosphere. The host, Carles, met me when I arrived in Barcelona, showed me the facilities, explained everything, and gave me plenty of tips for my stay. The apartment was clean, and felt safe. I really enjoyed my stay!

Cons: The close proximity to La Rambla comes with a lot of noise throughout the night, however, this is to be expected. This is the only thing which may be an issue for some.

Perfect apartment from the noise

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a great location. Close to all amenities and the metro system. Easy to walk around to a lot of the attractions and sights. The apartment had plenty of space, the bed was comfy, awesome separate kitchen and bathroom. Wifi good.

Cons: It was far too noisy for me. I live in a quiet area where the only noise is the occasional possum! Carles gave us earplugs to wear but it didn't stop the noise from keeping me awake. They are nightclubs close by with resellers coming out until 6am. I only slept one of the four nights due to exhaustion. It might be ok if you're used to noise.

Pros: Good size apartment with everything you need for a relaxed stay. With an early flight into Barcelona, the early check in was much appreciated.

Cons: It’s not really a negative, more something to consider when booking. The location is great being right in the heart of the Rambler area. This area goes all day and night. So there’s people walking the streets, having fun. It’s part of the appeal of Barcelona.

Wonderful stay in the Center of the Center!

Pros: Yes, the appartment is in the Center of the Center and therefore the party all around is going on all night long and if you are sensitive you need to keep the windows shut at night. But, the appartment is huge, it is well equipped and very clean and as you are in the middle of everything it never is more than a 10min walk to get everywhere (Subway Station, Harbor, Placa Catalunya, Picasso Museum, the old town, hundreds of Bars and Restaurants...).

Pros: It was a lovely place. Very clean with everything you need. Very well-equipped kitchen. We recommend it for both short and long stays. Very nice owner.

Great location

Pros: Good location to get around the city. It is noisy as there are a lot of tourists around. Great having a washing machine.

Had the most wonderful stay in Barcelona.

Pros: The host was excellent promptly answering everyone of my messages about getting the keys. When we arrived, he just walked up to me and said my name. You cannot ask for a better location if you are visiting Barcelona, the apartment is right in the center of the tourist area. All the conveniences you require are just round the corner, and having the Boqueria Market down the road within 10 minutes walk provide you with many meal options. If I visit Barcelona again, I will certainly stay in this apartment again.

Cons: Nothing.

A great place to have a short stay due to night noise

Pros: Great location to access sights and food, good communication with owner, great to have a washing machine

Cons: Extremely noisy all through the night because of its location and during the day construction works, shower has little pressure

Pros: Location is perfect. Very nice and kind landlord. The apartment was very spacious and sparkling clean. Very well equipped both the bathroom and the kitchen - everything you might need, even some basic products like tea, salt, out etc which is always appreciated. Comfortable bed and pillows.
