In general we had a nice and space stay in the apartments

Pros: Nice location in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the quietness and space of the apartment.

Cons: There is no tea, coffee or sugar provided. It would be nice to have a welcome package at least for the first night/morning

Well located place with good standards and staff

Pros: Location is excellent, as others have said. Someone on reception 24 hours a day is a real bonus. Also, having a large and well equipped SuperCor supermarket 50 metres away is a big plus.

Cons: Second bedroom is on the small side. A few more mugs would be appreciated.

Xmas stay

Pros: This was the 4th time we have stayed in this apartment. Well appointed, comfortable and all facilities provided. Included, daily housekeeping service. Great location a few hundred metres from the Sagrada Familia and the nearest metro station. Convenient local supermarkets and lots of choices of restaurants on the doorstep. Highly recommend.

BOOKING is mostly the OK for choosing an apartment, but their additional services are disastro !

Pros: As for the apartment, I can say that it was fine. Excellent location, just a minute from the Sagrada Familia, the area has everything you need. Metro, restaurants, supermarkets, and not to mention, it has everything. The apartment is clean, quiet, the staff is at your service and very helpful. But...

Cons: But... With the apartment, we received free transportation from the airport to the apartment from Booking. And you guessed it, no one is waiting for us at the airport, as we were informed before the trip. After we reported it, they said that a passenger got sick right in the car that was supposed to pick us up, and unfortunately they are not able to pick us up, but that's why we will get transportation on the way back. On the way back, we called and made a change for one hour later, and they took advantage of that right away, and of course there is no transportation at that time. After my rude complaint, they were able to provide transportation, but who could trust them and go to the airport. Of course we took a taxi, paid 25 euros and arrived safely and on time at the airport. Lesson learned, when booking offers you something for free, run away from it, you will be unpleasantly cheated.

Good location if you wanna stay close to Sagrada Familia , clean and spacious

Pros: Super close to Sagrada familia but not where the chaos is which was a plus as it was not overwhelming , clean and spacious apartment with a great view . All the receptionists were friendly . Plus it was close to the train stations

Cons: Sometimes it would smell like weed in hallways as probably some young kids where smoking . I don’t think it’s the fault of the hotel but the common sense of the visitors .
