Numa Barcelona Roca

Pros: The location is perfect, a very nice and safe neighborhood. The online staff was always available very fast and we met Alex on site, who was very nice and helpful. The common area, lockers and kitchen were very useful, an unexpected positive surprise!

Cons: There was a mix up with our meal box from the breakfast provider, which was a little disappointing. But the Numa team answered fast proposing a refund, we're waiting. The bedroom was nice, but the cleaning could be a little better specially the shower (starting to have mould stains) and a lot of dust under the bed.

Pros: Everything was lovely, the balcony/terrace especially.

Cons: The only bad thing was the bathroom. The floor had discolouration by the bath and it had clearly been flooded previously. It was tired and needed redoing.

Great location, stylish and comfy!

Pros: The location was great (Eixample area, which has fancy cafés and restaurants, is just a 15 minutes walk to the old town and feels local) and the check-in easy with the door code. There was a possibility to store luggage as well. The was small but even had a little terrace and a tea and coffee maker which was great, and there is a common are with comfy chairs, table and kitchen (like in a flat sharing community). All in all very stylish (mid century modern). On top the most amazing rain shower, I felt like I was in a SPA.

Cons: It would be great to have a little cupboard in the room, there is just a little space to hang stuff (the shelves were far too high for me). And the bathroom sink was so tiny I always put the bathroom under water when I was washing my face :-) The door to the terrace was a bit difficult to open and close (very beautiful but old), but it worked and I didn't feel cold or anything although it was freezing outside.

Nice location.

Pros: It was in a nice location. The room and shared kitchen were clean.

Cons: The floor tiles in the room need to be fixed.

Very good location and stylish small hotel

Pros: I liked very much the style of the hotel, well decorated and quite cosy. Room was nice with a confortable bed and small balcony. Very well located.

Cons: Shower was small and not very confortable. Breakfast is not worthy to ask for it. It comes in a box that someone left in the door of the room without letting me know and it was not too healthy. There are rooms in two different numbers of the street.

Winning location

Pros: Managed to check in early and was given a warm welcome by Alex (together with some chocolate) who provided information about the compound and suggestions for food around the area.

Excellent location and comfortable stay

Pros: The location of this hotel was absolutely amazing, just 5 min to the metro station and 15 min to Plaza Catalunya, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I was pleasantly surprised to get a room with a small terrace, which was a lovely bonus. The shared kitchen was also a great amenity to have. Everything about the stay was just right – the bed was comfortable, and the place was nice and quiet.

Cons: I have no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: Very nice room in a perfect location, we loved the balcony and the vintage style of the room. The stuff very nice.

Comfortable and easy.

Pros: Easy access, free luggage storage, nice quiet street in the centre of town

Cons: The app didn't register that I was a solo traveller, so I had to contact customer support.

Pros: Location is great. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a balcony where you can relax while drinking and eating the treats that were provided by the business. The decoration was also really nice.

Cons: Wifi was a bit unstable and slow but it was sufficient to handle most of the things.
