Sweett - Casa Bailen

Barcelona was top, luckily we didn't spend much time at the apartment

Pros: spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, nice location

Cons: very expensive for such old apartment

Great location, spacious appointment

Pros: Very big appartment, confortable and perfect for a family with kids. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Friendly staff. You can deposit your luggage in a nearby office in case you arrive earlier.

Pros: 2 bathrooms in each apartment which was very covienient. Great location.

Cons: Hairdryer was barely working - I contacted the service , they offered replacement but someone would need to enter the apartment when we were not there which we did not want.

Nice overall

Pros: Comfortable, spacious, beautiful balcony, quiet, nearby supermarket and restaurants.

Cons: The sink in one bathroom was filthy and the water was not coming true. They offered a plumber to come in the time when the room would be unattended so we did not want it. We needed to use the other bathroom every time after going to the toilet to wash the hands which was not convenient.

Bailen apartment 303

Pros: Nice, comfortable and clean 2 bedroom apartment in the centre of Barcelona. Within walking distance of many tourist attractions and metro for other farther away.

Very good location, very nice accomondation.

Pros: Super Nice, a lot of space, loved the location (you can walk almost everywhere in the city)

Enjoyed our stay. Only bad point was that we were locked out of the apartment due to fault with the lock. We had to si

Pros: Was clean and in a good location. Lack of seating, a bigger sofa or two two seater would be better for four guest.

Cons: Inconsistent water temperature in showers, kept going from hot to cold then hot again

Pros: The Location is really near the center of the city. however the surroundings around the property were not that attractive, Also before entering the propery we were not sure, if we are entering the correct place or not. Should there be more attractivenes brought while entering, it will be great.

Cons: There were only 1 cleaning tab for washing and drying kept. As we had plan to stay for 5 days, we thought atlteast there could be bunch of them for daily use. It hardly cost any for the property. Also alternate day clearning should be by default provided instead of final clearning. Although it is an apartment, but still service is required for clearning and replacing the towels. We need to have good experience every time we enter.

Pros: We were 5 in the duplex apartment and it was very comfortable. The digital key and app were very handy and easy to use. There is a 24/7 convenience shop next to the apartment which we found very convenient.

Overall it was very good, besides the kitchen issues.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and the beds were great. The location was great.

Cons: It was advertised that there was an oven so we bought food to cook in the oven but it seemed to just be a microwave and there were instructions so that was frustrating. We also had to ask for kitchen utensils as there was no wooden spoon or spatula etc. We also couldn’t find a draining rack to put wet dishes on or a plug for the kitchen basin.
