Pros: Great service. Great Location. Everything went well. We had 9 persons in group and we had plenty of room. We used also luggage storage in the office.

Pros: Apt 1A Large apartment, comfortable large lounge area and dining area combined with a small balcony. 1 of 2 bedrooms off the lounge. The kitchen is separated by a hallway and is very large and modern. The bedrooms are both very spacious, large comfortable beds. Plenty of storage, very spacious apartment. Great soundproofing on the street windows with shutters, bit of noise from upstairs but extremely high old style beautiful ceiling, slept so well. Perfect for a couple or family as the 2nd bedroom is at the back off the hallway for a bit of privacy from the lounge area. Try Born restaurant on the corner, amazing!

Cons: The shower floor took on a lot of water from a bad seal on the shower door, and the tv could be larger. Otherwise very conformable.

Big apartment located in the city centre providing comfy space for big families

Pros: Size of the apartment with two kitchen & dining rooms, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, providing enough privacy even for big families, location nearby public transportation, quite over the night, friendly & helpful staff in the nearby office

Cons: It might deserve some maintenance, especially wardrobes and the flooring looks quite used in part of the apartment. Nothing serious however, just the fluctuation of water temperature in the back bathroom is quite funny, since you get sudden hot & cold water change - at least it’s good for your health 😁

Pros: We comfortable, 2 bedrooms, good shower and facilities. Love the location. I had to call to request assistance to use the keypad, as well as advising an issue with the bathroom, the staff I spoke to were so patient and very polite. Excellent customer service. Really recommend.

Cons: The shower hot water tank is quite small so had to wait for it to heat up after thd first shower, the toilet seat was broken but was fixed the next day after we advised.

Barcelona amazing hidden gemm-flat.

Pros: The 5 bed 250m2 propan absolute gem. Tones of space, central location, amazing interior decorated with antiques, some rooms feels like museum, free luggage storrage before check-in and after checking out, convenient app to support your stay. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Very comfortable stay for the family of 9 would recommend to anyone.

Cons: Some bedrooms are noisier than others due to facing the road and traffic outside. However this flat is located in less busier part of central Barcelona and it was expected.

Pros: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked well for our party. Air conditioning was great after our days out. Beds and bedding very comfortable.

Cons: The finish of the interior wasn’t luxury. Some door handles loose/broken. Kitchen cupboards felt cheap. Clocks didn’t work. Shame the balcony was enclosed. Felt it needed either air conditioning or open to some fresh air.
