Sweett - Harmony Central

Good option great location

Pros: Shutting on the windows, lift, cleanliness, full bath and kitchen amenities like even paper towels and enough toilet paper and hygiene kit. Super good new bathroom towels. Netflix on the TV.

Cons: I personally find the blankets much too warm. Also the dining chairs started all falling apart - the screws were falling out of it. It's an easy fixture I'm sure it can be done within no time.

Pros: Comfortable apartment in the Gothic Quarter, two turns from the Palau de la Música Catalana, a few blocks from the Barcelona Cathedral! The space is enough for four adults with two children, there is everything you need for a stay and walks in Barcelona, there is a Carrefour grocery store nearby! A spacious living room with an equipped kitchen, an espresso machine and a washing machine are at your disposal! The hosts respond to every inquiry quickly, I would stay here again! :)

Cons: My remark about apt.502 is about the very creaky base of the smaller bedroom and the pull-out double bed, which we barely pulled out and then there was no way to close the room door, in general the apartment needs a bit of tightening and refreshing, but the convenient location is number one!

Quite cozy for a family holiday

Pros: The location is perfect. It is within 25-30 minutes walk through nice streets from almost all most famous monuments, neighborhoods, shops, etc. If you prefer public transport, there are several bus/metro stations within 5 min walk, It might be noisy during the night, but it is acceptable if you prefer center location. Clear instructions regarding the property keys, and they answered all my questions before arrival. I liked a lot the WELCOME BASKET! there were bottles of water for all of us, coffee, tea, which was very useful thing if you arrive late. There is Netflix and stable wireless internet. Clean and cozy beds. towels, slippers.

Cons: This is more of a recommendation for the hosts, than something I didn't like :) It would be useful to put some towel racks in the bathroom where you can hang the towels. Also there were some small insects (like flying ants, but I'm not sure) in one bedroom, you should check that.

Comfy and bright

Pros: Comfortable, bright apartment with 2 terraces on top floor. Cental location. Very clean and welcome packs in the kitchen and toiletries in bathroom. Really comfy mattress. We arrived early and could leave our luggage in Sweett lobby 15 mins walk away.

Cons: Entrance was in a dark, dirty, smelly alley. Felt like an unsafe place if travelling on your own. The only way to exit apartment was by lift with no access to staircase in case of emergency.

Pros: Check-in was efficient. Location was superb. Comms were great. Place was comfy. Starter packs and facilities were perfect. Simple and clean. Nothing fancy, but perfect sanctuary in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Barcelona

Perfect place for a long weekend!

Pros: Central, spaceous , modern, newly renovated. We were 6 in a group so two bathrooms was Great! Lift, straight to apartment!

Cons: No access to outside roof balcony as shown in photo.

Perfect place, highly recommend!

Pros: This place is amazing. The apartment has two bathrooms, three rooms, kitchen and balcony. It has an elevator, which is small, but still it is easy to get to the third floor. Boxes with free amenities are amazing, it made our trip so much easier. Also, there are towels and cosmetics so you don't need to take them from home. The place was spotless, spacious and placed near restaurants, shops and city center. Bed was comfortable. There is AC in the apartment. We asked for earlier check in and we received it. It was possible to store baggages before check in and after check out. Also, we were updated about our request before the travel, and they answered all our questions really quickly so I highly recommend this place!

Cons: Some guys in other apartment were really loud, and we received notification that noise is coming from our apartment. But it is a small inconvenience, I would choose this place again!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, the service was excellent, communication before arrival was smooth and friendly, and the hosts were incredibly attentive throughout. The electronic key system worked perfectly, making check-in and access seamless. We really appreciated the flexibility with luggage storage and the help arranging a group taxi to the airport after our stay. The location was also a major plus, very central and convenient for exploring the city on foot.

Cons: The only downside was the limited soundproofing. We could hear footsteps and movement from the stairs, the neighbouring apartment, and a bit of the early morning city noise. That said, it was generally quiet after 10 PM and didn’t disrupt our sleep too much.

Great!

Pros: Once you got into the building it was nice to not have a key and use your phone. The apartment was clean and lovely to stay

Cons: Had a complaint about noise however we was sitting down having dinner at the time. There was 5 of us 3 being our parents so defiantly was not making noise. One of the bedroom beds was very squeaky! Could do with a big sofa or more relaxed chairs as two of us had to sit on a dinner chair

Comfortable space in a convenient location

Pros: Great location. The apartment is well equipped and clean. Two terraces in the apartment on the top floor add a great vibe and a feeling of spaciousness.

Cons: Using stairs while the elevator is out of order can be tricky for people with disabilities and kids. The old stairs are pretty narrow.
