Casa Abamita

Pros: The place is really comfortable and we love how it really has the vibe of Barcelona. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons: I had a problem checking in as I need the ID's of my friends to be scanned because I came in first. I had spent 20 mins trying to call the customer service but they didnt answered right away. But they were helpful when my call was finally answered.

Lovely stay, perfect location, beautiful building, comfortable beds and pillows

Pros: Beautiful building with a lovely entrance hall and lift. Easy to get in although the auto check in software could be improved by allowing you to apply address details to all guests…very tedious to type it in 4 times. The room was fabulous and great for our needs. The kitchenette would be limited to cook a meal in. It would need more than one saucepan etc really, probably only suitable for sandwiches etc.

Cons: No mugs for tea which was a minor issue but easily solved. The only significant issue was the smell of the drains in the bathroom — absolutely awful unless the shower was running. We had to keep the bathroom door shut to avoid it spreading into the main room.

I will stay again when next in Barcelona.

Pros: Location. Modern clean spacious room. Nice helpful staff.

Cons: There was noise of loud footsteps from above sometimes. Although I understand that is not the fault of Casa Abamita.

Pros: We had very much luck with our given room. Wonderful view to the courtyard. Calm and clean. Very nice conact with the i owner So we ll come back 😍😍

Cons: Unclear information about room with or without view. So you have to be aware of it when booking

Bigger room. Modern check in.

Pros: We arrived early so it was expected that the room was not yet finished. But we were able to check in 2hrs earlier. The staff/owner seems nice. Good communication through whatsapp. Auto check in in the machine when reception is closed. And instructions were easy. Location is ca. 10-15mins walk to Plaça Catalunya. There is a water dispenser in the living room. Elevator is old but gold. Room is huge.

Cons: The sofa bed was old and uncomfortable. Iron is listed in the amenities but there no iron in the room. Shower hook is too high for 5ft tall people.

Pros: Good location could walk almost anywhere in half an hour or so, (except park Guell). Lots of coffee shops, bars etc close by. Comfortable bed and good air con. Small balcony opening to street view. Generally quiet street but occasional street noise.

Cons: Reasonably well appointed but no Ironing equipment, no change of towels.

Pros: The apartment is in a beautiful old building and situated on a safe and surprisingly quiet street within walking to the main attractions. There was a great little wine bar on the next corner where we could sit and watch the world go by. The weather was hot and the air conditioning worked very well.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, great location.

Such a surprise, fair price with high end facilities and comfortable shower, bed and a cute balcony

Pros: The space, the decoration, the lighting and the silence

Our family had a nice stay for 1 night at Casa Abamita

Pros: Little ”kitchen” was a nice surprise (didn’t remember that there would be one: freezer, micro etc). Air condition was very effective and we were cold even it was +34 outside :)

Cons: It would’ve been nice to have hooks for the towels in the bathroom and more space for your hygiene and cosmetic products! It was frustrating to type in the same passport info to the check-in automat in the lobby that I had already filled in earlier in the online check-in.
