Casa Gracia Apartments

Pros: Our stay at Casa Gracia Apartments was amazing. If you read the reviews before booking, you will know exactly what to expect. It offers the best value for money in this price category, and for a short trip where you mainly need a place to sleep, it is absolutely ideal. As a family with two daughters, we found everything we needed. We are modest travelers and don't require much, but the apartment was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials for a short stay. The location is superb with stunning city views from the apartment. It is very safe and perfect for exploring the city both on foot and by public transport. The check-in and check-out processes were very fast and everyone at the reception was incredibly kind and professional. We truly enjoyed our time here and will gladly return if we have the chance. Thank you!

A great stay for work event!

Pros: It was a short work trip and the place was just spot on. Comfy, clean, spacious and 3 mns walk from the metro.

Cons: As there is a small kitchenette in the apartment, it would have been nice to have a kettle. Not a deal breaker, but just a nice touch. Also, a small bottle of water would be a bonus. I think it is just so thoughtful if, after travelling, you come into your room and you don't have to worry about those small things.

Pros: Great location, amazing view, polite, helpful and welcoming staff.

Lovely location to explore the area. Definitely reccomend.

Pros: Had the breakfast on only one occasion as not included in our package but wide choice and great value. Location and view from our terrace fabulous. Apartment clean with all we needed and very comfortable bed.

Cons: The only slight complaint was that we missed our chance to get 20% off our food at the restaurant next door as this was not explained to us when we checked in.

No complaints, great service great location great view. Recommend for a short stay

Pros: View is excellent and location is fantastic. Staff very helpful and friendly

Cons: The mattresses on the pull out couch were a bit uncomfortable. And the lights are not bright enough

Pros: Location property excellent, everything is within reach. Cleanliness of the property spotless

Cons: With an apartment concept, cooking facilities was available except there were no coffee cups or kettle for boiling water. Suggest thats a necessary.have seen some other guest did comment but remain the same. Do understand that perhaps thats the hotels concept that the management wants to bring but guest wants and needs(within reach) should also be taken into consideration. As property exist because of the customers that we have utlising the premises. Hairline crack seen on the shower floor. There was no shower door but was immediately fixed upon inforning the reception.

Pros: Rhe staff, especially Alfredo, was very helpful and kind.

Pros: Gorgeous apartment in such a good area. Metro station just around the corner and walking distance from most attractions and plenty of great tapas restaurants and bars in the area. Alia at reception was lovely!
