El Cid

Very good value for the money

Pros: Great location, clean rooms, good breakfast, nice stuff, the hotel is excellent value for the price.

Cons: The walls are very thin, we could not sleep from a neighbour watching tv all night. A sound isolation could radically increase the comfort.

A short stay during carnival

Pros: Hotel has good value for money. Don't expect anything fancy, but to stay for a few days, it is quite good.

Cons: Nothing in particular to dislike. Perhaps only the metal bed that feels like it's gonna fall apart, but on the other hand mattress is very comfortable, which is more important 😃

Pros: Fabulous hotel, great staff, very clean excellent breakfast. Location is brilliant

Pros: We didn’t stay at El Cid, but got a room in sisterhotel Hotel Galeon. This was a perfect solucion, but I cannot really give a opinion about EL Cid. But the staff is probably superfriendly like in Hotel Galeon.

Ask for a side road balcony room.

Pros: Its was our second time at El Cid. The staff are lovely and the buffet breakfast has a good selection. Rooms are large with comfy beds and great showers. And the location is great.

Cons: Our room had a balcony facing the main road. The issue was we were the first floor by the traffic lights so sometimes the vehicle fumes were terrible. It stopped us using the balcony and opening the doors, as my husband has asthma. Our last stay had a balcony on the side of the hotel and that was fine.

I have found it very satisfactory

Pros: Great breakfast Nice room Good central location

Cons: I am trying to think!

Good economical stay

Pros: Friendly staff, big clean room, nice bathroom, small balcony. Breakfast staff and breakfast options better than expected. Pool was cold but good in the hotel weather. Short walk to the center, but we don't mind

Cons: Pool has very limited seating

Couple days visit in Sitges

Pros: Location and very nice and friendly staff, really good breakfast

Cons: Nothing to complain

Will definitely stay here again

Pros: Hotel, was i a great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was very good.

Enjoyable, Relaxing and Value for Money.

Pros: Hotel is ideally located in Sitges centre, close to all amenities. Beaches, Station, Supermarket, Restaurants, Nightlife. Bedroom was well appointed, very spacious with balcony, nice view just overlooking the pool area. Staff very welcoming, especially Eduardo who went above and beyond to accommodate out needs. Breakfast basic English/Continental buffet style but adequate.

Cons: Had an issue with check in, was initially overcharged as booking hadn’t been adjusted for 2 person occupancy despite several emails sent to hotel, but immediately sorted out via reservations manager & Booking.com No Tea/Coffee facilities in bedroom, although can be obtained from reception when breakfast room closed after 12pm. Not enough Sun Loungers/Parasols around the pool area.
