Alenti Sitges Hotel

Pros: Room was spacious and modern. Very comfortable. Staff were lovely and very accommodating of early check in

Cons: The shower water rarely got hot. Was Luke warm every time I used it. I didn’t report to reception so unsure if this could have been rectified during my stay.

Pros: Super clean and chic interior and overall style of the hotel. Loved the shower which was big. The higher end rooms have whirlpools which are great. For summer, the pool deck must be perfect. And Location. Location. Location!

Cons: Our windows in classic room could not be opened and for me that is a must have.

Great location, great rooms, great staff.

Pros: The lady at the front desk was great, very helpful, friendly and polite. The room was very clean, a good size and the decor was modern and fresh. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the town.

Cons: The hot water was not quite hot enough for a bath. That's my only negative point.

Clean modern hotel with some quirks

Pros: perfect location in the very center of the city, clean rooms with fresh furnishing

Cons: on the 1st day there was no real buffet breakfast, but rather very limited choice of meals a la carte, no fruit, no vegetables. The next day was way better. My bathroom had a huge window (luckily with a frosted glass) taking pretty much whole wall (from the floor to the ceiling). It must be an interesting spectacle for people in the street (I suppose that shadows work nicely...). There was a window blind, but by default it was only half closed. We were woken up by a fire alarm at 4 AM (looked serious - all fire doors were automatically shut, smoking removal devices turned on). No one bothered to call it off (e.g. by calling the rooms). I dressed myself and checked with the reception. They said it was false alarm, but really did not even really apologise for it, nor calling it off in a proper way.

Very comfortable and pleasant

Pros: The look and feel, comfort, cleanliness, very good experience!

Cons: They said that the payment from Booking didn’t work and asked me to pay via 3rd-party-service, that didn’t look secure. In the end I payed at arrival on the receiption desk.

Perfect location, amazing staff and really clean rooms

Pros: The hotel is lovely, perfect location and the staff were so attentive. I stayed in the deluxe suite with the terrace, it is definitely worth the extra money if you can afford it. The shower is lovely and the outdoor furniture is really good quality

Cons: The room itself is quite compact which also means the storage space and bathroom is also small. If you are travelling as a couple or with large luggage just be wary that there’s not much clothing space or space to store your luggage during your stay. I would have preferred a kettle rather than a coffee machine but that’s preference. The fridge could also do with being a little bigger or at least not include the pay for drinks in the fridge as they take up a lot of space so you cannot put your own beverages in there.

A perfect location with exceptional standards of service

Pros: Such a fantastic stay at the Alenti. The standards were exceptional and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Christina at reception really went beyond to assist us on our last day. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing stay beautiful hotel.

Pros: Amazing location and beautiful design. Simple comfortable room with plenty of amenities. The roof top pool is sensational.

Cons: Aircon wasn’t the best, very new so I suspect ‘snagging’ still to be completed. Tiling in the bathroom was pretty poor….
