Memorable.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful and helped book reservations for us.

Cons: There was a bus stop nearby but a timetable for buses into Barcelona would have been great.

Excellent stay, strategic location and outstanding staff

Pros: I had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I would like to give a special thanks to PILAR 🫡 for her exceptional service and professionalism. The room was clean, tidy, and well-organized, and all the facilities were spotless and fully equipped. The hotel’s location is strategic, with a bus stop right in front of the building, making it very easy to get anywhere in the city.

Cons: The only issue was the noise from the housekeeping staff in the hallways and neighboring rooms. They start their work around 9:00 AM with quite a bit of noise, which was difficult for me as I prefer to wake up after 11:00 AM. I hope the management can instruct the cleaning team to be more mindful of guests who are still sleeping in the morning

Pros: Good place to spend a night close to the airport. The bed was very comfy and staff was kind.

Pros: - This is probably the best staff in the world. I've traveled to many countries, and these people aren't just friendly, they're stress-resistant, sincere, pay close attention, and value you as a client. - Excellent restaurant, excellent breakfast, wonderful staff. - Excellent location, close to bus stops, a shopping center, and the center of Barcelona.

Cons: - soundproofing between rooms
