Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Airport

Excellent quality and amazing staff!

Pros: Great Staff and excellent service! Super close to the airport and also to the centre of Barcelona. The entire hotel was clean and beautiful and my room was perfect I loved it and would definitely come back!

Comfortable hotel with everything required for traveler needs

Pros: Clean and modern hotel, comfortable bad and furniture in the room, bottled water in the room, friendly personal in reception and restaurant, free parking spots available near hotel

Cons: Shower base and glass panel not the best design allowed water to splash outside. TV channels were not working, except Marriott’s advertising channel.

A hotel with very friendly and attentive staff, but overall the experience did not meet the expectat

Pros: The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional at all times, which truly stood out and made the stay very pleasant. The hotel has a nice and generally well-maintained atmosphere. However, overall it did not fully meet the standard and experience I usually associate with and expect from the Sheraton brand. The facilities and overall feel were more functional than upscale, and the typical Sheraton character was somewhat missing. A good option for a short overnight stay near the airport, with excellent service, but room for improvement in terms of style and overall experience.

Cons: The hotel is explicitly advertised as a pet-friendly hotel. Nevertheless, I was charged an additional fee for my dog that was not justified by the services actually provided. During the booking process, it was stated that amenities such as a dog bed, bowls, or small treats would be provided. In reality, we did not receive any services or equipment for the dog at all. In addition, the dog was not allowed to enter the restaurant. This was explained as a legal requirement in Spain, which is not correct. This is an internal hotel policy rather than a general legal restriction. Had there been no charge, or only a minimal one, this would have been acceptable. Given the price charged per night for the dog, however, this policy is not understandable. The most disappointing part of the stay was the breakfast. In my opinion, it did not meet the Sheraton standard I know and expect. Nothing felt fresh, and everything gave the impression of industrially pre-portioned products, similar to what you would find in a supermarket such as Mercadona. The selection of bread, cold cuts, and cheese was very limited, and there was nothing special or of higher quality. Eggs were only offered as scrambled eggs made from liquid whole egg; there were no boiled eggs or fried eggs available. Overall, the quality of the egg dishes was very poor. At €18 per person, the breakfast was clearly overpriced. For that price, it would have been easy to find a significantly better breakfast at the shopping center at the end of the street. That said, I would like to explicitly highlight the breakfast service staff, who were very friendly, attentive, and courteous.

Perfect for a stopover

Pros: I love the bed, it was so comfortable and the hotel was walking distance to the Style outlet.

Pros: This is our second time staying here. Everything was great. We booked one room, but they gave us a much better one for the same price since it was available for one night. The receptionist was great.
