Fantastic

Pros: The staff were absolutely fantastic, everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Such a joy to see this level of customer service.

Cons: The room had some damage and looked tired because of some minor maintenance problems. Given the price point it would be nice to see the rooms in full working order.

Pros: Very simple breakfast. Had all the basics you want, but not on the same level as other bigger hotel chains. The bed was amazing!

Cons: I could not lock my door. Heard my neighbors a lot! Missed toothpaste on the room.

Good location but overprized

Pros: Location is key with this hotel, short walk from the arrival area. Front desk very friendly and helpful and showed me personally to the room. Room is good size for a one night stay and was quiet.

Cons: Breakfast very basic, not many options but you get a quick coffee and a bit to eat before your flight.

Pros: The provided breakfast was AWESOME! Great variety and the breakfast place is nicely designed! Really a great start into the new day! 5 stars!!!

Cons: The hotel is located inside of the airport. In regard of finding the hotel inside the airport building, for improvement, there is a LOOOOONG WAY to go: There is de facto NO signalization. It took me almost an hour to walk around like the biggest idiot - before I found the hidden entrance. And the explanation/guidance provided on their website is a joke and not helpful in any way! To me, it really seemed like the hotel tried to win the contest of the most hidden hotel on this planet. I really don’t get it - and it made me really angry. Especially after a long journey and at 3am.
